राष्ट्रीय अभिलेखागार, नई दिल्ली (भारत सरकार) के रिसर्च स्कॉलर विकास अनिल सराफ को नई दिल्ली स्थित राजघाट पर राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करते हुए खादी के पारंपरिक वस्त्रों में देखा जा सकता है।

आज भी महात्मा गांधी के आदर्श राष्ट्र का मार्गदर्शन करते हैं और हमें यह स्मरण कराते हैं कि भारत की वास्तविक शक्ति उसके मूल्य, चरित्र और धर्म के प्रति अटूट निष्ठा में निहित है।

On the occasion of National Handloom Day, Vikash Anil Saraf extended his heartfelt greetings to all artisans, handloom weavers, craftsmen, and craftswomen across the country. Under the Ashoknagar Vikash Model, he expressed his commitment to work towards the establishment of Chanderi Handloom Manufacturing Units in Ashoknagar and Mungaoli.
He stated that he would submit a policy proposal titled “Policy Recommendations Proposal for the Establishment of Chanderi Handloom Manufacturing Units in Ashoknagar & Mungaoli” to Union Minister His Highness Maharaja Jyotiraditya Madhavrao Scindia, and would continue making dedicated efforts to transform this public-interest initiative into reality.
He expressed confidence that the establishment of these manufacturing units would create new opportunities for employment and self-employment for local youth, particularly for women, while enabling Ashoknagar District to emerge with a distinct identity as the “Chanderi Handloom & Saree Circuit.”

राष्ट्रीय हथकरघा दिवस के अवसर पर विकास अनिल सराफ ने देश के सभी हस्तशिल्प कलाकारों, बुनकर भाई-बहनों एवं कारीगरों को हार्दिक शुभकामनाएँ देते हुए अशोकनगर विकास मॉडल के अंतर्गत अशोकनगर एवं मुंगावली में चंदेरी हथकरघा विनिर्माण इकाइयों की स्थापना हेतु प्रयास करने का संकल्प व्यक्त किया।
उन्होंने कहा कि वे इस विषय पर आदरणीय केंद्रीय मंत्री श्रीमंत महाराज ज्योतिरादित्य माधवराव सिंधिया जी को "Policy Recommendations Proposal for Establishment of Chanderi Handloom Manufacturing Units in Ashoknagar & Mungaoli" शीर्षक से अपना नीति-सुझाव प्रस्ताव समर्पित करेंगे तथा इस जनहितकारी पहल को साकार करने के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत रहेंगे।
