Members Guidelines,

Please refer to the points for smoother transactions -

1. This group deals with new as well as imported preloved book collections.

2. To block a book, you need to comment "Block" on the post and in parallel reach out to us on the given WhatsApp number. In case we have multiple copies, the next person to comment gets the same.

3. Asking for inside pictures doesn't reserve th

e title for you unless you block the book by mentioning "Block" on the post.

4. Please be careful and sure before blocking, as changing status later adds to confusion for others.

5. Every Friday evening, we shall update the shipping details and cart, and the same shall be sent to you over Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp with the final payment details.

6. Payment can be transferred to our Bank Account or UPI ID. Once the payment is made, you can share your transaction details/snapshot on the given number. Once the payment is done we will prepare the parcel and ship it on Saturday. Shipping details shall be sent to you via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.

7. If you fail to make the payment within a stipulated time, your cart will be open for all members.

8. We ship across India at nominal rates and can ship abroad also, depending on cart size.

9. We do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges for the Pre-loved Books sold.
