बापू के विचारों को जीवन में उतारने का एक संकल्प, हम सब साथ मिलकर लेंगे। गांधी जयंती के अवसर पर कल, 2 अक्टूबर को ठीक सुबह 10:30 बजे कांग्रेस के पुराने मुख्यालय, 24 अकबर रोड के गेट के सामने हम संकल्प लेंगे। Rachnatmak Congress के सभी सदस्य और परिवार से आग्रह है कि समय पर पहुँचें और इस संकल्प का हिस्सा बनें। संकल्प इस पोस्ट के साथ संलग्न है।

उत्तराखण्ड जनसंवाद 2026, देहरादून में कृषि भूमि, चकबंदी और भू-कानून से जुड़े मुद्दों पर कई प्रतिनिधियों ने अपनी बात रखी। कार्यक्रम अभी जारी है।

प्रतिनिधियों ने कहा कि पहाड़ों में पलायन रोकने के लिए पर्यटन के साथ चकबंदी और खेती की बुनियादी समस्याओं पर भी ध्यान देना जरूरी है। बिखरे हुए खेत किसानों के लिए खेती को कठिन बनाते हैं, और पहाड़ में चकबंदी को प्रभावी तरीके से लागू करना ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था और पलायन रोकने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम हो सकता है।

2018 में किए गए भूमि-कानून संशोधन की समीक्षा की मांग उठी। यह कहा गया कि कृषि भूमि को आसानी से गैर-कृषि भूमि में बदलने और बाहरी लोगों द्वारा भूमि खरीद पर ढील ने स्थानीय हितों को प्रभावित किया है। भूमि कानून में कृषि भूमि की सुरक्षा और बाहरी खरीद पर स्पष्ट व प्रभावी नियंत्रण सुनिश्चित किए जाने की जरूरत बताई गई।

उत्तराखण्ड के विभिन्न सामाजिक, आर्थिक और पर्यावरणीय विषयों पर विचारों एवं अनुभवों का साझा संवाद जारी है, जिसमें प्रतिनिधियों ने कृषि, भूमि अधिकार, पलायन, वन्यजीव संघर्ष, जलवायु परिवर्तन और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था जैसे मुद्दों पर अपने विचार रखे।

At Uttarakhand Jansamvad 2026 in Dehradun, representatives addressed issues around agricultural land, land consolidation and land law. The event is still ongoing.

Representatives said that along with tourism, addressing land consolidation and basic farming challenges is essential to stopping migration from the hills. Scattered plots of land make farming difficult for farmers, and effective implementation of land consolidation in the hills could be a significant step toward strengthening the rural economy and curbing migration.

A call was made for a review of the 2018 land-law amendment. Easing the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use, and relaxed rules on land purchase by outsiders, were said to have hurt local interests. Land law, it was said, should ensure clear and effective protection for agricultural land and control over outside purchases.

Uttarakhand Jansamvad 2026 in Dehradun is ongoing, with representatives from people's organisations, civil society and various sectors sharing their views.

A shared dialogue of thoughts and experiences on the various social, economic and environmental issues of Uttarakhand continues, with speakers reflecting on agriculture, land rights, migration, human-wildlife conflict, climate change and the rural economy.

रुद्रपुर, उत्तराखण्ड में रचनात्मक कांग्रेस द्वारा आयोजित उत्तराखण्ड जनसंवाद 2026 का कल समापन हुआ।

कल पूरे कुमाऊँ क्षेत्र से जमीनी संघर्षों से जुड़े लगभग 200 कार्यकर्ता और साथी यहाँ जुटे और विभिन्न मुद्दों पर चर्चा की। कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा में कृषि, भूमि और वन अधिकार, मानव-वन्यजीव संघर्ष, शिक्षा, लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार और संवैधानिक मूल्यों जैसे विविध विषयों पर वक्ताओं ने अपनी बात रखी।

यहाँ मौजूद साथी अब तय करेंगे कि एक सकारात्मक पहल के जरिए लोगों से जुड़कर आगे कैसे बढ़ा जाए।

उत्तराखण्ड जनसंवाद का अगला चरण 30 सितंबर को देहरादून में होगा।

Uttarakhand Jansamvad 2026, organised by Rachnatmak Congress in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, concluded yesterday.

Around 200 activists and individuals engaged in grassroots struggles from across the Kumaon region gathered here and discussed various issues. As the programme agenda shows, speakers addressed diverse topics including agriculture, land and forest rights, human-wildlife conflict, education, democratic rights and constitutional values.

The participants present here will now decide how to move forward by connecting with the people through a positive initiative.

The next Uttarakhand Jansamvad will be held in Dehradun on 30 September.

At Uttarakhand Jansamvad 2026, organised by Rachnatmak Congress today in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, the event began with tributes to Shaheed Bhagat Singh on his birth anniversary. The lamp was lit and floral tributes were offered.
The Jansamvad then began with a reading of the Preamble to the Constitution.

The first session, a panel discussion, is ongoing, where representatives from people's organisations and various sectors are sharing their thoughts and experiences on social, economic and environmental issues of Uttarakhand.

आज रुद्रपुर, उत्तराखण्ड में रचनात्मक कांग्रेस द्वारा आयोजित उत्तराखण्ड जनसंवाद 2026 की शुरुआत शहीद भगत सिंह जी की जयंती पर श्रद्धासुमन अर्पित करने के साथ हुई। दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित की गई।
इसके बाद संविधान की उद्देशिका के पाठ के साथ जनसंवाद की शुरुआत हुई।

डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह जी भारत के 13वें प्रधानमंत्री रहे और उन्होंने 2004 से 2014 तक, यानी लगातार दो कार्यकाल तक, देश की सेवा की। इससे पहले वे 1991 में देश के वित्त मंत्री रहे, जब उन्होंने आर्थिक सुधारों की नींव रखी जिसने भारत को गंभीर आर्थिक संकट से बाहर निकाला।

आज डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह जी की जन्म-जयंती पर हम उन्हें याद कर रहे हैं। उनकी सोच और शब्द आज भी उतने ही प्रासंगिक हैं जितने तब थे जब उन्होंने यह बात नवंबर 2018 में कही थी, जब उन्हें वर्ष 2017 का इंदिरा गांधी शांति, निरस्त्रीकरण और विकास पुरस्कार दिया गया। अपने स्वीकृति भाषण में डॉ. सिंह ने भारत की विविधता और उसके लोकतांत्रिक ढांचे की अहमियत पर बात की, और कहा कि थोपी गई एकता के बजाय विविधता को अपनाना ही देश की असली ताकत है।
