Fixed charges has been increased from 75.5 to 380 per KVA in Bharat City , it means extra burden if Rs. 900+ to be paid by residents per flat. This id due to UPPCL notification which shows Bharat City has been categorized in HV1 which is carrying higher fixed rate. Lets put builder why this has happened , there are other societies which has these no. Of flat but they are not categorised under HV1

ये है भारत सिटी जिसकी कल्पना भी नही कर सकता । कोई पानी की निकासी नही , नालियां गंदगी से भरी पड़ी है । मेंटेनेंस सो रहा है , बिल्डर कुछ करता नही और AOA तो माशाअल्लाह है ।।

बस दीवार गिरने की देर और फिर अंधेर है । 1 साल में दीवार बनेगी ।
