यही सोच युवाओं को जिम्मेदारी, नेतृत्व, संवेदनशीलता और सामाजिक बदलाव की दिशा में आगे बढ़ाती है।

युवाओं के भीतर रचनात्मक और सकारात्मक सोच की प्रक्रिया विकसित होना बेहद आवश्यक है।
जब युवा केवल समस्याओं को देखने के बजाय समाधान खोजने लगते हैं, तभी समाज में वास्तविक बदलाव की शुरुआत होती है।

Through the “Climate Brides” initiative, Bhoomika Vihar is working to address the intersection of climate injustice and gender inequality by strengthening girls’ leadership, education, protection systems, community resilience, and climate awareness.

Climate change is not gender neutral.
In the flood-prone districts of North-East Bihar, recurring disasters are pushing adolescent girls into deeper vulnerabilities — including child marriage, trafficking, school dropout, displacement, and unsafe migration.

Because protecting girls is also protecting the future of climate justice.

भूमिका विहार द्वारा शुरू किया गया “फादर अवार्ड” उन पिताओं को सम्मानित करने की पहल है, जो बेटियों की शिक्षा, सुरक्षा, सम्मान और नेतृत्व को बढ़ावा देते हैं। यह पहल सकारात्मक पुरुषत्व (Positive Masculinity) और पुरुष सहयोगिता (Male Allyship) को मजबूत करने का प्रयास है, ताकि पुरुष और लड़के लैंगिक समानता एवं हिंसा-मुक्त समाज निर्माण में सक्रिय भागीदार बन सकें। इस सम्मान के माध्यम से समाज में प्रेरणादायक बदलाव लाने और बेटियों के प्रति परिवार एवं समुदाय का सहयोग बढ़ाने का प्रयास किया जाता है।
