We have successfully completed our 5-day maize farmer training, empowering 186 farmers from Dongargaon and Chhuriya. The final day was graced by Mr. Ajith Mani, Senior Vice President, ABIS Exports India Pvt. Ltd., who joined us to encourage and inspire the farmers. A truly special celebration at the Composite Regional Centre for Skill Development, Rehabilitation and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (CRC) , Rajnandgaon, where we had the privilege to interact with and witness inspiring performances by specially abled children.

Today marks the CRC center's 1st Republic Day in their newly constructed office, and to honor this milestone, we are proud to have gifted 2 e-rickshaws to empower the specially abled children and staffs.

These rickshaws will provide easier access to medical services, vocational trainings, therapies and more ensuring no one is left behind.

Additionally, we planted trees to make the campus greener and contribute to a brighter and healthier future for all. So this Republic day we are celebrating inclusivity, opportunity, and a stronger, more connected community.

As part of the 36th National Road Safety Month, ABIS Pahal conducted awareness campaigns to promote safe driving practices, with a special focus on villages.

The program included an interactive awareness session, which was organized in collaboration with the Rajnandgaon Police, 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬.

Key Highlights from the Awareness Session:

● Helmet Safety: How to correctly wear a helmet and its importance in protecting lives during accidents.
●Traffic Rules: Why following traffic rules is essential to ensure smooth and safe driving on roads.
●Dangers of Unsafe Driving: The potential risks, including accidents and fatalities, caused by reckless driving.

Through Helmet Distribution, ABIS Pahal is reinforcing the message of safety and encouraging the adoption of safer driving habits.

A Nutrition Awareness session was held in Torankatta, Rajnandgaon, for pregnant women, lactating mothers, adolescent girls, and children. Discussions focused on 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Families were also informed about the severity of malnutrition and its prevention.

With support from ABIS Pahal and district administration, malnourished children are being monitored via apps to ensure timely recovery. The event concluded with a successful Nutrition Awareness Rally, spreading vital health and nutrition messages across the village.
