Today, 31st August 2026, under the banner of âPratyarpanâ, Dhupguri PS successfully returned 25 recovered missing mobile phones to their rightful owners.
đ° In addition, âš2,15,900/- of cyber-fraud money was recovered and returned to the respective victims.
The handover was conducted in the presence of Shri Soutam Banerjee, Addl. SP (Rural), Jalpaiguri, Shri Arindam Paul Choudhury, SDPO, Dhupguri, and IC, Dhupguri PS.
This initiative reflects the commitment of Jalpaiguri District Police towards protecting citizens, assisting victims and ensuring that recovered property and funds reach their rightful owners.

âĸ Do not click on suspicious links or respond to unknown callers.
âĸ In case of cyber fraud, report immediately through 1930 or the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
