Workshop on To***co Control was held on the 14.10.2023 at Sngap Syiem College, Mawkyrwat by the members of the The National To***co Control Programme (NTCP) to the Police personnel of the District. During the program, training was imparted to the Police personnel on how to enact the COTPA Act, 2003 with a priority to safeguard the life of millions both active and passive smokers. After the program, a hands on training was conducted at Mawkyrwat Market with a view to aware, alert and strike the mind of the general public about the dangerous effects of smoking in public places.
