কাছাড়ের জেলা আয়ুক্তের কার্যালয়ের পুরাতন সম্মেলন কক্ষে খেল মহারণ ৩.০ – শিশু ক্রীড়া সমারোহ নিয়ে একটি প্রস্তুতি বৈঠক হয়। এতে পৌরোহিত্য করেন জেলা আয়ুক্ত শ্রীযুক্ত রাহুল কুমার গুপ্তা, ভাঃপ্রঃসেঃ। বৈঠকে উপস্থিত ছিলেন অতিরিক্ত জেলা আয়ুক্ত (ক্রীড়া) শ্রীযুক্ত শৌভিক ভূঁইয়া, অঃঅঃসেঃ, কাছাড়ের সহকারী জেলা আয়ুক্ত শ্রীযুক্ত পিযূষ রাজ, ভাঃপ্রঃসেঃ, বিদ্যালয় পরিদর্শক শ্রীযুক্ত মিঠুন জাহারী, অঃশিঃসেঃ, কাছাড়ের জেলা ক্রীড়া আধিকারিক এবং অন্যান্য আধিকারিকরা।

বৈঠকে জেলা আয়ুক্ত জেলার সব শিক্ষা খণ্ডে শারীরিক শিক্ষক মোতায়েন করে নিয়মিত পরিদর্শনের মাধ্যমে তরুণ ক্রীড়াপ্রতিভা খুঁজে বের করার এবং মাসিক প্রতিবেদন জমা দেওয়ার ওপর জোর দেন। এও জানানো হয়, নির্বাচিত ক্রীড়াবিদরা প্রশিক্ষণ ও ক্রীড়ানৈপুণ্য বাড়াতে দুই বছরের জন্য বার্ষিক ২৪,০০০ টাকার ক্রীড়া বৃত্তি (মাসে ২,০০০ টাকা) পেতে পারেন।

বর্তমান নিবন্ধনের হিসাব দেখে জেলা আয়ুক্ত শিক্ষা ও ক্রীড়া বিভাগের আধিকারিকদের—খণ্ড প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা আধিকারিক, সিআরসিসি ও শারীরিক শিক্ষকসহ—সরকারি পোর্টালে (https://khelmaharan.com/khel) নিবন্ধন বাড়াতে উদ্যোগী হতে এবং প্রতিদিন অগ্রগতির প্রতিবেদন জমা দিতে নির্দেশ দেন।

অতিরিক্ত জেলা আয়ুক্ত (ক্রীড়া) আরও বলেন, আটটি ক্রীড়াবিভাগে পড়ুয়াদের সর্বোচ্চ অংশগ্রহণ নিশ্চিত করতে জেলার কনিষ্ঠ মহাবিদ্যালয় ও বেসরকারি শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোকেও ওই কর্মসূচির আওতায় আনতে হবে।

A preparatory meeting regarding Khel Maharan 3.0 – Sishu Krida Samaroh was held at the Old Conference Hall, DC's Office, Cachar, chaired by District Commissioner Shri Rahul Kumar Gupta, IAS, in the presence of Additional District Commissioner (Sports) Shri Sauvik Bhuyan, ACS and Assistant District Commissioner, Cachar, Shri Piyush Raj IAS, Inspector of Schools, Shri Mithun Jahari, AES, District Sports Officer, Cachar and other officials.

During the meeting, DC Cachar emphasised scouting young sports talent by deploying Physical Instructors across all education blocks to conduct regular visits and submit monthly reports. It was also highlighted that selected athletes can avail an annual sports scholarship of ₹24,000 for two years to boost their training and performance.

Taking note of the current registration figures, DC Cachar instructed education and sports officials, including BEEOs, CRCCs, and Physical Instructors, to proactively drive registrations on the official portal (https://khelmaharan.com/khel) and submit daily progress reports.

ADC (Sports) further directed the inclusion of junior colleges and private institutions across the district to ensure maximum student participation across all eight sports disciplines.

আজ কাছাড়ের জেলাশাসক শ্রীযুক্ত রাহুল কুমার গুপ্তা, ভাঃপ্রঃসেঃ, কাছাড় জিলা পরিষদের মুখ্য কার্যবাহি আধিকারিক শ্রীমতী দরোথি সুচিয়াং, অঃঅঃসেঃ-কে সঙ্গে নিয়ে 'সেবা সংকল্প অভিযান'-এর অধীনে বাঁশকান্দি ও অরুণাচলে অনুষ্ঠিত সেবা সেতু অভিযান শিবির পরিদর্শন করেন।

সরকারি ও জনকল্যাণমূলক পরিষেবা সাধারণ মানুষের দোরগোড়ায় সহজে পৌঁছে দেওয়াই এই শিবিরগুলির উদ্দেশ্য।

শিবিরে বিভিন্ন দপ্তরের পরিষেবা সরাসরি প্রদান করা হয়, যার মধ্যে ছিল আয়ুষ্মান কার্ড, আভা আইডি (ABHA ID), জন্ম ও মৃত্যু শংসাপত্র, জমি-সংক্রান্ত পরিষেবা, জনধন অ্যাকাউন্ট ও পেনশন পরিষেবা, পিএম কিষাণ ও কিষাণ ক্রেডিট কার্ড, পিএম সূর্য ঘর, নিজুত মইনা ও নিজুত বাবু প্রকল্পে নিবন্ধন, রেশন কার্ড এবং ই-শ্রম ও আধার কার্ড। এছাড়া স্থানীয় বাসিন্দাদের জন্য বিনামূল্যে স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা ও ওষুধ বিতরণেরও ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছিল।

পরিদর্শনকালে কাছাড়ের জেলাশাসক শিবিরের ব্যবস্থাপনা খতিয়ে দেখেন এবং আধিকারিক ও স্থানীয় বাসিন্দাদের সঙ্গে কথা বলেন, যাতে প্রত্যন্ত এলাকার মানুষ কোনো অসুবিধা ছাড়াই সরকারি প্রকল্পের সুবিধা পান।

Today, District Commissioner, Cachar, Shri Rahul Kumar Gupta, IAS, along with CEO, Cachar Zilla Parishad, Smti. Dorothy Suchiang, ACS, visited and inspected the Seva Setu Abhiyan camps held at Banskandi and Arunachal, under the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan'.

The camps aim to make government and public welfare services easily available at people's doorsteps.

Services from various departments were provided on the spot, including Ayushmaan cards, ABHA ID, birth and death certificates, land-related services, Jan Dhan accounts and pension services, PM Kisan and Kisan Credit Card, PM Surya Ghar, Nijut Moina and Nijut Babu registration, ration cards, and E-Shram and Aadhaar cards. Free health check-ups and distribution of medicines were also arranged for local people.

During the visit, DC Cachar reviewed the arrangements and interacted with officials and residents to ensure that people from remote areas receive the benefits of government schemes without difficulty.

আজ, ৮ই অক্টোবর ২০২৬ তারিখে কাছাড়ের জেলাশাসকের কার্যালয়ের পুরানো সম্মেলন কক্ষে মৎস্য দপ্তর, কাছাড়-এর জাইকা (JICA) অর্থায়িত আসাপালি (ASAPALI) প্রকল্পের উপভোক্তা নির্বাচন ও অনুমোদনের উদ্দেশ্যে জেলাস্তরীয় কমিটি (DLC)-র একটি বৈঠক অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।

বৈঠকে জেলাস্তরীয় কমিটির অধ্যক্ষ হিসেবে পৌরোহিত্য করেন কাছাড়ের জেলাশাসক শ্রীযুক্ত রাহুল কুমার গুপ্তা। বৈঠকে অতিরিক্ত জেলাশাসক (মৎস্য) শ্রীমতী জাগৃতি কালওয়ার, অঃঅঃসেঃ এবং কাছাড়ের অতিরিক্ত জেলাশাসক শ্রীযুক্ত সৌভিক ভূঁইয়া অঃঅঃসেঃ-সহ জেলাস্তরীয় কমিটির অন্যান্য সদস্যরা উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

বৈঠকে কমিটিটি প্রকল্পের উপভোক্তাদের তালিকা পর্যালোচনা করে তা অনুমোদন করে।

A District Level Committee (DLC) meeting was held today, 8th October 2026, at the Old Conference Hall of the DC's Office, Cachar, for the selection and approval of beneficiaries under the JICA-funded ASAPALI Project of the Fishery Department, Cachar.

The meeting was chaired by Shri Rahul Kumar Gupta, District Commissioner, Cachar, in his capacity as Chairman of the DLC. Smti. Jagriti Kalwar, Addl. District Commissioner (Fishery), and Shri Sauvik Bhuiyan, Addl. District Commissioner, Cachar, were present along with other DLC members.

The committee reviewed and approved the beneficiaries for the project.

কাছাড়ের জেলাশাসকের নির্দেশ অনুসারে নিয়মিত বিদ্যালয় পরিদর্শন প্রক্রিয়া অব্যাহত রাখার অংশ হিসেবে, রুকনি চা বাগানের নাগেশ্বর টিলা আপগ্রেডেড নিম্ন প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে বিদ্যালয়টির সামগ্রিক কার্যকারিতা এবং শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য উপলব্ধ সুযোগ-সুবিধা খতিয়ে দেখতে ধলাই সম-জেলার সহকারী আয়ুক্ত শ্রীযুক্ত মাসি তোপ্নো, অঃঅঃসেঃ আকস্মিক পরিদর্শন করেন।

পরিদর্শনকালে তিনি শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকা ও ছাত্রছাত্রীদের সঙ্গে পাঠদান ও শিখন কার্যক্রম, উপস্থিতি এবং বিদ্যালয়ের সার্বিক শিক্ষাগত পরিবেশ নিয়ে মতবিনিময় করেন। পাশাপাশি ছাত্রছাত্রীদের একটি গণিত পরীক্ষাও নেওয়া হয়, যাতে তারা ভালো ফল করে, যা তাদের শিখনের সন্তোষজনক মানের পরিচায়ক।

মধ্যাহ্নকালীন আহার (মিড-ডে মিল) প্রকল্পের রূপায়ণও পর্যালোচনা করা হয়। বিদ্যালয়ের ক্রীড়া ও সহ-পাঠক্রমিক কার্যকলাপ নিয়েও আলোচনা হয় এবং দেখা যায় যে এগুলিতে যথাযথ গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

সামগ্রিকভাবে, বিদ্যালয়টি সন্তোষজনকভাবে পরিচালিত হচ্ছে বলে পাওয়া গেছে, যেখানে শেখার অনুকূল পরিবেশ রয়েছে এবং শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকা ও ছাত্রছাত্রী উভয়েরই সক্রিয় অংশগ্রহণ লক্ষ করা গেছে।

As directed by the DC Cachar on the continuation of the process of regular school inspections, a surprise inspection was conducted by Masi Topno, ACS, Assistant Commissioner, Dholai Co-District, at Nageshwar Tilla Upgraded LP School, Rukni Tea Estate, to assess the overall functioning of the school and the facilities available to the students.

During the visit, interaction was held with the teachers and students regarding teaching-learning activities, attendance and the general academic environment. A Mathematics test was also conducted, in which the students performed well, indicating satisfactory learning outcomes.

The implementation of the Mid-Day Meal (MDM) scheme was also reviewed. The school’s sports and co-curricular activities were discussed and found to be receiving due attention.

Overall, the school was found to be functioning satisfactorily, with a positive learning environment and active participation of teachers and students.

সমগ্র ভারতের সাথে সঙ্গতি রেখে কাছাড় থেকেও জোশ টিমস-এর জাতীয় উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে যোগদান করা হয়।

জাতীয় উদ্বোধনের পর জোশ টিমস, বিভিন্ন লাইন বিভাগ এবং পঞ্চায়েতি রাজ প্রতিষ্ঠানের (PRI) সদস্যদের নিয়ে একটি সচেতনতামূলক বৈঠক অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। বৈঠকে পৌরোহিত্য করেন কাছাড়ের অতিরিক্ত জেলাশাসক শ্রীযুক্ত ডেভিড কুমার বরা, অঃঅঃসেঃ। জেলা টিবি আধিকারিক ডাঃ রুহুল আমিন চৌধুরী সচেতনতামূলক বক্তব্য রাখেন এবং টিবি মুক্ত পঞ্চায়েতের আহ্বান জানান।

শিক্ষা, সমাজকল্যাণ প্রভৃতি বিভিন্ন সংশ্লিষ্ঠ বিভাগের প্রধানরা, এনসিসি প্রশাসনিক আধিকারিক, এনএসএস আধিকারিক, ক্লাস-১ নোডাল আধিকারিকরা এবং জোশ টিমস-এর প্রধানরা বৈঠকে উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

সচেতনতামূলক পর্বের পর ২০২৫ সালের ৭৮টি টিবি মুক্ত গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতের পঞ্চায়েতি রাজ প্রতিষ্ঠানের সদস্যদের সংবর্ধনা জ্ঞাপন করা হয়।

বৈঠকের সমাপ্তি ঘটে উপস্থিত সকলের টিবি শপথ গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে, যেখানে সমবেত কণ্ঠে ধ্বনিত হয় "টিবি হারেগা, দেশ জিতেগা"।

In congruence with whole of India, National Launch of Josh Teams was joined from Cachar.

Following the National Launch, sensitization meeting of Josh Teams and various line departments and PRI members was done. The meeting was chaired by ADC, Cachar Shri David Kumar Borah, ACS. The sensitization and TB mukt panchayat appeal was laid down by District TB Officer, Dr Ruhul Amin Choudhury.

Various Heads of different Line departments like Education, Social welfare etc were present apart from NCC administrative officer, NSS officer, Class-I Nodal officers and Head of JOSH teams.

Following the sensitization, felicitation of different PRI members of the 78 TB Mukt GPs of 2025 was done.

The meeting ended with TB pledge sankalp taken by the house "TB Haarega, Desh Jeetega"

সেবা সংকল্প অভিযান-এর উদ্বোধন হল লাবক চা বাগানে, রাজাবাজার উন্নয়ন খণ্ডের অধীনে

মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রী শ্রীযুক্ত নরেন্দ্র মোদী মহোদয়ের জনসেবার ২৫ বছর পূর্তি উপলক্ষে আয়োজিত মাসব্যাপী 'সেবা সংকল্প অভিযান'-এর অন্যতম প্রধান কর্মসূচি 'সেবা সেতু অভিযান'-এর শুভ উদ্বোধন আজ অনুষ্ঠিত হয় লক্ষীপুর বিধানসভা কেন্দ্রের অন্তর্গত রাজাবাজার উন্নয়ন খণ্ডের লাবক চা বাগান জগন্নাথ সম্প্রদায় এবং দক্ষতা কেন্দ্রে।

শিবিরটি আজ সকাল ১০টা থেকে বিকেল ৪টা পর্যন্ত চলবে। কৃষি, নগর আবাসন ও নগরোন্নয়ন বিভাগ, স্বাস্থ্য, আধার, খাদ্য, গণবন্টন ও উপভোক্তা বিষয়ক বিভাগ সহ অন্যান্য বিভাগ একই ছাদের নিচে রাজাবাজার উন্নয়ন খণ্ডের মানুষকে পরিষেবা দিচ্ছে।

অরুণোদয়, আয়ুষ্মান ভারত, সিএমএএএ, জমি সংক্রান্ত পরিষেবা, জন্ম-মৃত্যু ও বিবাহের শংসাপত্র, পিএম সূর্য ঘর, পেনশন, কিষান ক্রেডিট কার্ড, রেশন কার্ড, নিযুত মইনা/নিযুত বাবু, পিএম স্বনিধি, জন ধন যোজনা সহ আরও নানা পরিষেবা ও প্রকল্পের সুবিধা এখানে নেওয়া যাবে।

The Seva Setu Abhiyan, one of the key programmes of the month-long 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' marking 25 years of public service by Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, was inaugurated today at Laboc Tea Estate Jagannath Community and Skill Centre, under Rajabazar Development Block, Lakhipur Legislative Assembly Constituency.

The camp runs from 10 AM to 4 PM today. Agriculture, DoHUA, Health, Aadhaar, FPD&CA and other departments are providing assistance to the people of Rajabzar Development Block at one venue.

Residents can avail services and schemes available include Orunodoi, Ayushman Bharat, CMAAA, land-related services, birth, death and marriage certificates, PM Surya Ghar, pension, Kisan Credit Card, ration card, Nijut Moina/Nijut Babu, PM SVANidhi, Jan Dhan Yojana and more.

The programme was graced by Hon'ble Minister Shri Kaushik Rai, District Commissioner Shri Rahul Kumar Gupta, IAS, and Co-District Commissioner, Lakhipur, Shri Dhrubajyoti Pathak, ACS, along with officials of various departments.

During the programme, District Commissioner, Cachar and Co-District Commissioner, Lakhipur, interacted with officials and the public and took stock of the arrangements to ease public inconvenience and expedite service delivery.

সোনাই রাজস্ব চক্র ও শিলচর সদরে বিপর্যয়-সংক্রান্ত পুনরুদ্ধারমূলক কাজের অগ্রগতি ও সমাপ্তি খতিয়ে দেখতে পিডিএনএ (বিপর্যয়-পরবর্তী প্রয়োজন নিরূপণ)-এর অধীনে বিভিন্ন প্রকল্পের সরেজমিনে পরিদর্শন করা হয়।

সোনাই রাজস্ব চক্রে পূর্ত বিভাগের ধলাই–সোনাই আঞ্চলিক সড়ক বিভাগ-সংক্রান্ত একটি প্রকল্পের বাস্তব অগ্রগতি পরিদর্শন করা হয়। সোনাই রাজস্ব চক্রের চক্রাধিকারিকের নেতৃত্বে ওই পরিদর্শনে ছিলেন পূর্ত (সড়ক) বিভাগের সহকারী অভিযন্তা এবং সোনাই রাজস্ব চক্রের ক্ষেত্র আধিকারিক (বিপর্যয় ব্যবস্থাপনা)। পরিদর্শনের মাধ্যমে কাজের বর্তমান অবস্থা যাচাই করা হয়, যাতে অনুমোদিত পরিকল্পনা ও নির্ধারিত সময়সীমা অনুযায়ী কাজ এগিয়ে যায়।

শিলচর সদরে পূর্ত বিভাগের বড়খলা–কাটিগড়া আঞ্চলিক সড়ক বিভাগ এবং জনস্বাস্থ্য কারিগরি বিভাগের সংমণ্ডল-১ পিডিএনএ-র অধীনে যে কাজগুলি সম্পন্ন করেছে, সেগুলি আজ শিলচর সদরের চক্রাধিকারিক, ক্ষেত্র আধিকারিক (বিপর্যয় ব্যবস্থাপনা) ও সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগের আধিকারিকদের উপস্থিতিতে পরিদর্শন ও যাচাই করা হয়। কাজের গুণগত মান, জবাবদিহি এবং জনস্বার্থে যথাসময়ে কাজ সম্পন্ন করা নিশ্চিত করাই এর উদ্দেশ্য।

Physical inspections of schemes under PDNA (Post Disaster Needs Assessment) were carried out in Sonai Revenue Circle and Silchar Sadar to review the progress and completion of disaster-related restoration works.

In Sonai Revenue Circle, the physical progress of a scheme related to the PWD Dholai–Sonai Territorial Road Division was inspected. The inspection was led by the Circle Officer, Sonai Revenue Circle, along with the Assistant Engineer, PWRD, and the Field Officer (Disaster Management), Sonai Revenue Circle. It assessed the current status of the work on site to ensure that it progresses as per the approved plan and timeline.

In Silchar Sadar, the completed works undertaken by the PWD Barkhola–Katigorah Territorial Road Division and PHE Division-I under PDNA were inspected and verified today by the Circle Officer, Silchar Sadar, along with the Field Officer (DM) and officials from the concerned departments to ensure quality, accountability, and timely completion of works for the benefit of the public.

বৈঠকে বিদ্যালয় পরিদর্শক তথা জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা আধিকারিক (DEEO) শ্রীযুক্ত মিথুন জাহারি, কাছাড় মহাবিদ্যালয়, মহিলা মহাবিদ্যালয় ও গুরু চরণ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অধ্যাপকরা, এস.সি. দেব বিদ্যাপীঠের প্রধান শিক্ষক সহ অন্যান্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আধিকারিকরা উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

বৈঠকের মূল আলোচ্য বিষয়গুলি ছিল:
➣ যাতায়াতের ব্যবস্থা এবং প্রতিযোগিতার ধরন।
➣ চিত্রাঙ্কন ও কুইজ প্রতিযোগিতার জন্য সমন্বয়কারী নিয়োগ।
➣ বক্তৃতা প্রতিযোগিতার জন্য কাছাড় মহাবিদ্যালয়, মহিলা মহাবিদ্যালয় ও গুরু চরণ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় প্রভৃতি থেকে তিন সদস্যের বিচারক প্যানেল গঠন।

বৈঠকের পৌরোহিত্যকারী আধিকারিক আরও জোর দিয়ে বলেন, সকল প্রতিযোগীকে অবশ্যই নিজ নিজ নির্ধারিত বিষয়ে অবিচল থাকতে হবে।

A coordination meeting on the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan was held today, 7 October 2026, at the New Conference Hall of the DC's Office, Cachar, to finalise arrangements for the upcoming Art, Quiz, and Speech competitions.

​The meeting was chaired by Shri Sauvik Bhuyan, ACS, Additional District Commissioner (Education), Cachar, in the presence of Shri Piyush Raj, IAS, Branch Officer (Education), Cachar.

​It was attended by Shri Mithun Jahari, Inspector of Schools/DEEO, faculty members from Cachar College, Women’s College, and GC University, the Headmaster of S.C. Dev Vidyapith, along with other key officials.

​Key discussions included:
➣ ​Transport arrangements and competition formats.
➣ ​Appointment of coordinators for the Art and Quiz events.
➣ ​Formation of a three-member judging panel for the Speech competition, drawn from Cachar College, Women's College, and GC University etc.

​The chair also emphasised that all participants must strictly adhere to their assigned topics.

শিলচর পৌরনিগম নির্বাচন ২০২৬-এর ভোট গণনার প্রস্তুতি প্রক্রিয়ার অংশ হিসেবে, আজ শিলচর পৌরনিগমের সাফাইকর্মীরা আই.এস.বি.টি. / আই.এস.টি.টি. চত্বরে পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খ সাফাই ও পরিচ্ছন্নতার কাজ সম্পন্ন করেন।

গণনা কেন্দ্র ও স্ট্রং রুম হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হতে চলা ওই স্থানটি সযত্নে পরিষ্কার ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা হয়েছে, যাতে ভোট গণনা প্রক্রিয়া সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনার জন্য এটি সম্পূর্ণরূপে প্রস্তুত থাকে।

As part of the ongoing preparations for the counting of votes for the Silchar Municipal Corporation Election 2026, sanitation workers of the Silchar Municipal Corporation today carried out thorough cleaning and sanitation work at the I.S.B.T. / I.S.T.T. premises, Silchar.

The venue, which will house both the counting centre and the strong room, has been meticulously cleaned and maintained to ensure it is fully ready to host the counting process.
