Haji Mobzzil Hussain Barbhuiya I am Haji Mobzzil Hussain Barbhuiya, a dedicated social worker and educationist committed to the upliftment of society through healthcare and education.

Founder of several premier healthcare education institutions in Assam, including the Assam Institute of Nursing, Silchar; Shifa Pharmacy Institute, Silchar; and the Assam ANM/FHW Nurse Training Institute, Hailakandi. I serve as the General Secretary of Bilpar Dhumkar Yuva Parishad (a registered NGO), which works tirelessly for social development across the Barak Valley region. I am also the Founde

r of several premier healthcare education institutions in Assam, including the Assam Institute of Nursing, Silchar; Shifa Pharmacy Institute, Silchar; and the Assam ANM/FHW Nurse Training Institute, Hailakandi. These institutions are established with the mission to empower youth—especially from rural and underprivileged backgrounds—by providing them with quality education and skill-based training in nursing and pharmacy, thereby enabling them to build meaningful careers and serve the healthcare needs of our community.
