**Day 2 Yoga Session at RAF 2nd Battalion**
On the second day of the Yoga Session at RAF 2nd Battalion, personnel enthusiastically participated in various yoga asanas and breathing exercises, promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and inner discipline.
Following the session, Prabhat Feri was flagged off by Shri Wangden Bhutia, IPS, Commandant, 2nd IRBn, and holding additional charge of RAF 2nd Battalion. The rally was conducted in nearby areas to spread awareness about the importance and benefits of yoga among local residents. Participants carried placards displaying inspiring messages on yoga, encouraging the community to embrace a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
Adding to the spirit of the event, the Unit Band performed throughout the rally, drawing public attention and effectively conveying the significance of yoga. Their vibrant performance created a positive atmosphere and left a lasting impression on the community.
The event successfully highlighted the transformative benefits of yoga and inspired people to make yoga an integral part of their daily lives for better health, harmony, and well-being.
