National Loktantrik Party Raises Concern Over Poor Road and Lighting Conditions in Qazigund, Anantnag and Gool Ramban
The National Loktantrik Party has expressed serious concern over the worsening condition of roads and non-functional street lighting in the areas of Qazigund, Anantnag, and Gool Ramban.
The party stated that residents, commuters, students, and traders are facing immense hardship due to damaged roads, potholes, poor maintenance, and inadequate street lighting. These issues have not only disrupted daily life but have also increased the risk of road accidents and public safety concerns, particularly during night hours.
The National Loktantrik Party urged the concerned authorities and departments of the Jammu & Kashmir administration to take immediate steps for:
Repair and blacktopping of damaged roads
Restoration and installation of proper street lighting
Regular maintenance and monitoring of civic infrastructure
Ensuring safe and smooth transportation facilities for the public
The party emphasized that basic infrastructure is the right of every citizen and neglect of such essential services reflects administrative failure. Immediate action is necessary to provide relief to the people of these regions.

Subject: Urgent Need to Improve Hospital Facilities in Gool, Ramban
Gool, Ramban — The people of Gool subdivision are facing serious difficulties due to the lack of proper hospital facilities and medical services in the area. Patients, especially the elderly, women, and children, are suffering because of inadequate healthcare infrastructure, shortage of doctors, medicines, and emergency services.
The local hospital in Gool lacks sufficient medical staff, modern equipment, ambulance services, and specialist doctors. In emergency situations, patients are forced to travel long distances to Ramban or other districts, which puts many lives at risk.
Residents have repeatedly raised their concerns regarding poor healthcare arrangements, but the situation still requires immediate attention from the concerned authorities. The people of Gool demand:
Appointment of specialist doctors and adequate medical staff
Availability of essential medicines and diagnostic facilities
Improvement in emergency and ambulance services
Upgradation of hospital infrastructure
24×7 healthcare services for the public
Healthcare is a basic right of every citizen, and the people of Gool deserve better medical facilities. The administration and health department are requested to take immediate steps to address these issues and provide quality healthcare services to the residents of the area.

Rajouri Hosts Joining Programme of National Loktantrik Party
