The abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A was, in our view, a political agenda of the BJP aimed at consolidating support among its ideological base-not a measure taken in the national interest. It was an unconstitutional and undemocratic decision that dismantled Jammu and Kashmir’s constitutional status and weakened the principles of federalism and democracy. This is not a partisan issue; it is about our rights, dignity, identity, and future. We must rise above party lines and speak with one united voice for constitutional justice and the restoration of democratic values.

The Jammu & Kashmir Justice & Development Front (JKJDF) expresses its profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Mir Mohammad Bari, son of Gh. Nabi Mir, resident of Muloo, Chitragam, Shopian.
Losing such a hardworking, humble, and dedicated young soul at this age is not only an irreparable loss for his bereaved family but a loss felt by the entire community. His passing has left behind a deep void that words cannot fill.
We pray that Almighty Allah forgives his shortcomings, elevates his ranks, and grants him the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous. May Allah bless his family with Sabr-e-Jameel and the strength to bear this immense loss.

The Jammu & Kashmir Justice and Development Front (JKJDF) unequivocally condemns the barbaric attack on innocent non-local civilians in Kulgam. Such acts of violence are inhuman, cowardly, and completely unacceptable under any circumstances.
The people targeted were our guests, earning their livelihood with dignity. No cause can ever justify attacking innocent human beings. Violence against civilians has no place in a civilized society and only brings pain, fear, and suffering.
JKJDF expresses its deepest sympathies to the victims and their families and prays for the speedy recovery of those injured. We urge the authorities to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice swiftly and that every possible measure is taken to protect the lives and safety of all residents and visitors in Jammu & Kashmir.
Our message is clear: Humanity must prevail over hatred, and peace must triumph over violence.

The J&K Justice & Development Front sincerely appreciates Hon’ble Chief Minister Mr. Omar Abdullah and Hon’ble Minister Mr Satish Sharma for delivering long-overdue justice to Insha Mushtaq, who lost her eyesight in 2016 due to pellet injuries, by releasing the pending ₹41.16 lakh for her LPG distributorship, which had remained incomplete since 2018. Fulfilling this long-pending commitment is a welcome and compassionate step.
Insha’s resilience in the face of adversity is an inspiration. Her appeal for a nationwide ban on pellet guns deserves serious consideration. The Government of India, especially Home Minister Of India Hon’ble Shri Amit Shah Ji Should carefully examine her demand. Taking meaningful steps in this direction would be a fitting tribute not only to Insha but also to the countless others whose eyesight has been permanently affected by pellet injuries.

Alhamdulillah! In just one year, the J&K Justice & Development Front has successfully established functional district offices across every district of South Kashmir. At the same time, our organizational network is expanding rapidly across North and Central Kashmir, with our offices, public outreach, and grassroots work gaining remarkable momentum throughout the Valley.
This steady growth reflects the people’s increasing trust in our vision of justice, development, and principled politics.
Heartiest congratulations to our District President Shopian, Mr. Mohd. Ashraf Bhat, and the entire District Office Bearers of Shopian on the opening of the JDF District Office, Shopian. Your dedication and tireless efforts have made this milestone possible.
InshaAllah, we will soon come together to formally inaugurate this office. Human rights cannot have two standards-one for Delhi and another for Kashmir. Those who condemn pellet guns elsewhere but justify or remain silent over the suffering of thousands of Kashmiri youth expose their political hypocrisy. The people of Jammu & Kashmir deserve leaders who uphold justice consistently, not selective outrage driven by political convenience. Constitutional rights and human dignity are non-negotiable.
