Attended the Dasha Dina Karma of
Yamjala Sri Ramulu Garu, a remarkable soul who lived a fulfilling 94 years of life with values, discipline, and deep love for his family.

It was heart-touching to see his grandchildren,well-settled in their careers,sharing emotional memories of their beloved Thatha. His life was a true inspiration, shaping generations with wisdom and strong values.

A beautiful exhibition of his handcrafted works reflected his creativity and his vision to preserve traditions for future generations ,a video clips how he started his life in Old City,

His son, Dr. Narahari Garu, spoke with deep emotion about his father’s journey, dedication, and the legacy he leaves behind.

Sri Ramulu Garu’s life stands as a guiding light,rich in values, simplicity, and purpose. 🙏

Had a wonderful meet & greet in Canberra, Australia 🇦🇺 with ACT Telangana Association President Smt. Sunitha garu and the esteemed EC members.

It was heartening to see their dedication towards preserving Telangana culture, traditions, and community spirit even while living abroad. Especially inspiring is their encouragement and active inclusion of women in the committee, empowering them to take leadership roles and contribute meaningfully to the community.

It was a pleasure to meet and interact with respected community leaders:

• Shri Madhava Reddy Gurram – Vice President, Association of Queensland
• Shri Surya Narayana Reddy Chintala – BJP Australia
• Shri Narender Kumar – President, TAQ
• Shri Ram Junnuri – President, AAQ Association of Queensland

The meet and greet was truly delightful. It is inspiring to see how our Telugu community in Queensland is preserving and promoting our rich Sanskriti and Sampradayalu, while also guiding the next generation towards a bright and successful future.

Their efforts in building strong cultural roots while settling and thriving in Brisbane are truly commendable.

It also brought back fond memories of the sister city relationship between Brisbane and Hyderabad during my tenure as Mayor,a bond that continues to reflect our shared values and cultural connections.
