Serving the Gift of Sight 👁️✨

Vision Center, a permanent project of Lions Club Of Karimganj continues to provide quality eye care to those in need.✨

As a part of our commitment to community service, the Leo Club of Karimganj Youth regularly visits the Vision Center and actively supports its ongoing eye screening activities.

This month alone, more than 50 patients underwent eye examinations. Several patients diagnosed with cataracts have been identified and referred for cataract surgery, bringing them one step closer to restoring their vision and improving their quality of life.

Together, we remain committed to serving humanity by ensuring accessible eye care and spreading the light of hope in our community.🤍

Leo Genesis – An Orientation Programme 👨🏻‍💻💻🎤

On 31st July, the Leo Club of Karimganj Youth successfully organized Leo Genesis – An Orientation Programme to warmly welcome and empower our new members with the true spirit of Leoism.
The insightful session was conducted by our esteemed Past Presidents, Leo Sohan Biswas and Leo Biswarup Deb. Leo Sohan Biswas introduced the participants to the core values of Leoism, the vision and mission of the Leo movement, and the functioning of our club, helping every member understand the foundation of their Leo journey.

Leo Biswarup Deb then led an informative session on the structure, responsibilities, and functioning of Leo District 322G, enabling members to gain a broader perspective of the organization beyond the club level.

To make the learning experience more engaging and interactive, he conducted a fun question-and-answer session and distributed chocolates to participants who answered correctly.

The programme proved to be an enriching experience, equipping members with valuable knowledge, inspiring them to serve with dedication, and encouraging them to grow as future leaders.✨

A true guru is not only the one who teaches in a classroom, but someone who inspires, guides, and leaves a lasting impact through their work and values.✨

On the sacred occasion of Guru Purnima, the Leo Club of Karimganj Youth had the honour of paying tribute to Mr. Debajyoti Deb , a renowned artist of Karimganj, whose remarkable artistic excellence and lifelong dedication have enriched our society. We had the privilege of engaging in a heartfelt conversation with him, where he shared his incredible artistic journey, the passion behind his creations, and the experiences that shaped his life. He graciously showcased several of his beautiful artworks, each reflecting his creativity, dedication, and love for art.🫟🎨

We also interacted with his young students, witnessing how he continues to inspire and nurture the next generation of artists through his guidance and mentorship.🙌🏻

As a token of our heartfelt respect and gratitude, we felicitated him with a traditional cloth, an appreciation certificate, and a gift as a token of love, acknowledging his invaluable contributions to art and culture.🤍

Jal Seva | Serving with Compassion on Rath Yatra💧🚩

On the auspicious occasion of Rath Yatra, the Leo Club of Karimganj Youth proudly organized Jal Seva, distributing 250 litres of clean drinking water and reaching over 900 beneficiaries, including devotees, local residents, e-rickshaw operators, shopkeepers, passersby, and everyone celebrating the festival.🌼

As the streets came alive with faith and festivity, our members stood united in service, ensuring that everyone stayed refreshed and hydrated in this summer heat.

This initiative reflects our belief that true celebration goes beyond rituals it is about extending a helping hand to those around us. Every smile received and every life touched motivates us to continue serving our community with dedication and purpose.🤍🙌🏻
