Важлива інформація для українців за кордоном: розширено коло громадян, які можуть оформити картку платника податків через посольства та консульства України за кордоном!
Відтепер оформити картку платника податків через систему «е-Консул» можна не лише дитині віком до 18 років за заявою одного з батьків, а й громадянину України будь-якого віку, який перебуває за кордоном.
Як подати заяву:
1) громадянам України віком від 14 років, якій мають дійсні внутрішні паспорти у формі книжечки чи ID-картки або закордонні паспорти – особисто через найближче посольство або консульство

Представники діють на підставі нотаріально посвідченої довіреності.
Законні представники (опікуни, піклувальники, прийомні батьки, батьки-вихователі дитячого будинку сімейного типу, патронатні вихователі, керівники відповідних інституційних закладів, уповноважені ними працівники інституційних закладів) – на підставі документа, що підтверджує їхні повноваження.

On July 28, Ukraine honours the memory of defenders and civilians who were executed, tortured, or died in Russian captivity.

On the night of July 28–29, 2022, Russia killed more than 50 Ukrainian prisoners of war and injured more than 130 others in the Olenivka prison, where defenders of Mariupol and the Azovstal steel plant were being held.

In the days preceding the explosions, some prisoners had been transferred to a separate building. Wounded were left without adequate medical assistance for hours. These circumstances point to a deliberately prepared crime. Russia has since refused independent international access to the site.

Olenivka was not an isolated crime. According to the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission, 96% of released Ukrainian POWs reported torture or ill-treatment in Russian captivity. Every day in Russian captivity carries the risk of irreversible harm or death.

The immediate return of all Ukrainian prisoners of war and illegally detained civilians is imperative, especially those who are seriously wounded, critically ill, or require urgent medical care.

Statement by the MFA Spokesperson Regarding the Unfounded Claims of the National Security Advisor of the Republic of Iraq

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine rejects the unfounded and unsubstantiated allegations made by Qasim Al-Aboudi, National Security Advisor of the Republic of Iraq, during an interview with Dijlah TV, regarding Ukraine’s alleged involvement in unlawful activities on Iraqi territory. There are no facts or evidence to support these allegations—a point the Iraqi official himself acknowledged in his interview.

It is important to note that prior to making such high-profile public statements, the Iraqi side had not conveyed any relevant information or concerns to Ukraine through diplomatic channels. Had there been any substance to these allegations, such a channel of communication would have been logical. Instead, the Ukrainian side learned of the accusations against it directly from a live television broadcast.

We consider it unacceptable and irresponsible for a senior official of a friendly state to publicly disseminate such statements without a proper evidentiary basis. This contradicts the principles of mutual respect and damages Ukrainian-Iraqi relations.

Ukraine consistently views the Republic of Iraq as an important partner in the Middle East and remains firmly committed to advancing mutually beneficial political, economic, and humanitarian cooperation.

Notably, the statements voiced align with Russian propaganda narratives aimed at discrediting Ukraine and undermining its relations with Middle Eastern nations. It cannot be ruled out that this incident is the result of external information influence or part of a coordinated information and psychological operation designed to destabilize the Ukrainian-Iraqi partnership.

We call on the official circles of the Republic of Iraq to appropriately address the spread of these baseless allegations and to prevent state institutions from being used to amplify disinformation that serves the interests of third parties and harms bilateral relations.

Коментар речника МЗС щодо безпідставних заяв радника з питань національної безпеки Республіки Ірак

Міністерство закордонних справ України відкидає безпідставні та бездоказові звинувачення, озвучені радником з питань національної безпеки Республіки Ірак Касімом аль-Абуді в інтерв'ю телеканалу Dijlah TV, щодо нібито причетності України до протиправної діяльності на території Іраку. Немає жодних фактів або доказів таких звинувачень, що сам іракський посадовець визнав у своєму інтерв’ю.

Важливо зазначити, що до таких резонансних публічних заяв іракська сторона не передавала Україні дипломатичними каналами жодної відповідної інформації чи занепокоєнь. Якби звинувачення мали хоч якісь підстави, логічно було би уявити саме таку форму комунікації. Натомість українська сторона дізналася про закиди в свій бік з прямого ефіру телебачення.

Вважаємо неприпустимим та безвідповідальним, коли високопосадовець дружньої держави публічно поширює такі заяви без належної доказової бази. Це суперечить принципам взаємної поваги та завдає шкоди українсько-іракським відносинам.

Україна незмінно розглядає Республіку Ірак як важливого партнера на Близькому Сході та послідовно виступає за розвиток взаємовигідного політичного, економічного та гуманітарного співробітництва.

Прикметно, що озвучені тези збігаються з наративами російської пропаганди, спрямованими на дискредитацію України та підрив її відносин із державами Близького Сходу. Не можна виключати, що цей епізод є наслідком зовнішнього інформаційного впливу або елементом скоординованої інформаційно-психологічної операції, спрямованої на підрив українсько-іракського партнерства.

Закликаємо офіційні кола Республіки Ірак належним чином відреагувати на поширення безпідставних звинувачень та не допустити використання державних інституцій для ретрансляції дезінформації, що відповідає інтересам третіх сторін і завдає шкоди двостороннім відносинам.

Short fact: today, the Serhii Korolov National Space Museum in Zhytomyr welcomes visitors with exhibitions exploring both the technological achievements and the philosophical and cultural dimensions of space exploration.

🧩 With the Puzzle of Unity series, we continue exploring different parts of Ukraine through their cultural and historical symbols. Today's story is about chaikas – the key to Ukraine's historic asymmetric strategy in the Black Sea.
Since 2022, Ukraine has effectively shifted the balance of power in the Black Sea through the use of unmanned maritime drones. Their "ancestors" were the chaikas – small, fast Cossack vessels of the 16th and 17th centuries designed for swift raids in coastal waters.
Like modern maritime drones, these boats embodied an asymmetric naval strategy that compensated for an adversary's numerical and resource advantage.
Short fact: in Ukrainian, the word chaika refers both to this type of Cossack vessel and to a seagull, although there is no proven connection between the two.

Each piece of the puzzle represents a different part of Ukraine through one of its defining cultural or historical symbols. Today, we begin with one of Ukraine's most celebrated writers and a feminist icon – Lesia Ukrainka.
At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, Lesia Ukrainka became a leading voice of Ukrainians in their struggle for identity. Fluent in a dozen languages, this writer, intellectual, and feminist translated world classics into Ukrainian and authored one of the first Ukrainian textbooks on the history of peoples of the East. A pioneer of modern poetry and drama, Lesia Ukrainka travelled a lot, yet cherished her native Volyn region.
Short fact: Lesia Ukrainka is one of the few people featured on Ukraine's currency today (and the only woman among them).
