العالم في مفترق طرق…
نعيش هذه الفترة اوضاع استثنائية خطيرة في ظل التصعيد و النزاعات وصولا الى الحروب و الأنتهاكات خصوصا الدول الكبرى للحفاظ على مصالحها العليا وبعيدا عن مبادئ السلام و المساواة و العدالة الأجتماعية.
و هذا بفعل غياب سريان القوانين الدولية او ضعف تنفيذها من خلال المؤسسات المعنية كمجلس الأمن و الأمم المتحدة و المحاكم الدولية ، إذ نلاحظ التهديدات و فرض العقوبات وصولا الى استخدام مختلف الأسلحة وخاصة الصواريخ و الطائرات المسيرة في ظل التطور التكنولوجي عندما تتنازع دول مع بعضها بسبب الحدود او سباق التسلح او تفرض الدول الكبرى الواقع على الدول الاخرى . فنشاهد ان الضحايا مدنيين أبرياء و أزمات اقتصادية حادة تهدد معيشتهم.
لن يتحقق السلام في العالم بالحروب و التهديدات و التصعيد بل بتفعيل القانون الدولي من خلال المؤسسات المعنية مجلس الامن و الأمم المتحدة و المحاكم الدولية و الالتزام بالمعاهدات الدولية و ان تحل كافة النزاعات بالقانون و ان لا يسمح لأي دولة مهما على شأنها بالاعتداء على دولة اخرى من خلال استخدام السلاح او الأحتلال او اي نوع من الأنتهاكات.
The World is at Crossroads…
Nowadays, we are living at a dangerous period in light of escalation and conflicts reaching to wars especially the great powers of the world to keep their own interests and far of peace , Equality, and social justice principles.
This is because the absence of validity of the international laws or poor implementation through the International Security Council, United Nations, and International Courts , as we notice threatenings and imposing sanctions reaching the point of using differen weapons especially rockets and drones due to technological development when countries conflict with each other because of the borders and weapons types etc . Or the major countries impose their power against others. We notice that the victims are innocent and civil citizens as well as economic crises which threaten their life.
Peace wonton be achieved in the world through wars , threatenings , and escalation but with activation of international laws through the concerned institutions like International Security Council, United Nations, and International Courts also the commitment with the international treaties to solve all the conflicts depending on the law and do not allow any country to assault another by conquering or using weapons or any kind of threatening.
