Kiðafell Guesthouse Guesthouse open May to end of September
Kidafell farm guesthouse is situated on the southern shore of hvalfjordur fjord, in the district of Kjós.

The farm i 38km (miles) from Reykjavik and 86km (miles) from Keflavik Int. Airport. There has been a farm at Kidafell since it was originally settled by Svartkell hinn katneski around the year 1000 a.c. Horse rides are available from the beginning of June to the end of September
Our accompanied rides are open to guests and non-guests alike, in the latter case it is advisable to telephone ahead and

reserve, though we try and accomodate those who just turn up. We have horses of different temperaments enabling both novices and experienced riders to have an enjoyable and safe ride. We can provide helmets, boots, warm clothing. We offer short rides of 1hour, 2hrs and 3hrs. Longer rides can be arranged for experienced riders as each rider has to lead an extra horse.

The museum is collection of old things found around and old tractors been made up. Located on the cowstall loft.
