Die HGJ-Jahreshauptversammlung 2026 brachte engagierte junge Persönlichkeiten der Südtiroler Gastronomie und Hotellerie zusammen – geprägt von inspirierenden Gesprächen, neuen Ideen und wertvollen Begegnungen.

In den historischen Mauern von Castel Fahlburg traf Tradition auf Zukunftsvisionen einer neuen Generation von Gastgeberinnen und Gastgebern.⚜️
Ein Abend, der gezeigt hat, wie viel Leidenschaft, Zusammenhalt und Innovationskraft in der jungen Gastronomie steckt.

Es war uns eine große Freude, die HGJ - Hoteliers-und Gastwirtejugend (HGJ) bei uns willkommen zu heißen und diesen besonderen Abend als Gastgeber begleiten zu dürfen.

Denkmalschutz trifft auf Brandschutz – und genau hier beginnt die eigentliche Herausforderung.

Historische Gebäude wie etwa Castel Fahlburg zeigen exemplarisch, wie anspruchsvoll die Verbindung von Sicherheit und Substanzerhalt ist. Als Eventlocation müssen sie heutigen Anforderungen gerecht werden: klare Fluchtwege, moderne Brandmelde- und Rauchwarnsysteme sowie durchdachte Evakuierungskonzepte.

Doch ein Schloss oder eine Stadtkernvilla „funktioniert“ nicht wie ein Neubau. Bauweisen, Materialien und gewachsene Strukturen reagieren sensibel auf Eingriffe. Standardlösungen greifen hier zu kurz – gefragt sind maßgeschneiderte Konzepte und ein tiefes Verständnis für historische Substanz.

Gerade Architekt:innen und Fachplaner:innen stehen hier in der Verantwortung, innovative Wege zu finden, die Sicherheit gewährleisten, ohne den Charakter des Gebäudes zu verfälschen. Das erfordert interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit – von Denkmalschutzbehörden über Brandschutzexpert:innen bis hin zu Betreiber:innen.
