🚨 Fire Alarm Equals Mandatory Evacuation 🚨

When a building fire alarm sounds, all occupants are required to evacuate immediately. Every alarm must be treated as a real emergency until emergency responders determine otherwise.

We understand evacuations can be inconvenient, particularly when an alarm turns out to be accidental. However, life safety always comes first.

Why evacuation matters:
* Evacuating allows firefighters to rapidly assess conditions and address potential hazards.
* Remaining inside a building can delay emergency operations and prolong alarm activation, keeping everyone outside longer.
* Fire department personnel will investigate, mitigate hazards, and silence the alarm as quickly as possible, allowing occupants to re-enter as soon as it is safe.

Failure to evacuate places occupants at risk and interferes with emergency response efforts.

Safety is our priority. Customer service is our goal.
Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to keeping our community safe.

🚨 EMERGENCY RESPONSE SAFETY PSA 🚨

Slow down. Stay back. Never pass emergency vehicles.

When emergency vehicles are responding to an incident, conditions are dynamic and hazardous. Emergency vehicles may stop, block lanes, or back up unexpectedly, and emergency responders frequently operate on foot around moving vehicles.

What drivers must do:
* Yield immediately to emergency vehicles using lights or sirens.
* Stop and remain stopped until the emergency vehicle has passed or you are directed by emergency personnel.
* Do not pass, tailgate, or drive around fire trucks, ambulances, or police vehicles under any circumstances.

Why these matter:
Emergency scenes involve limited visibility, loud noise, and rapidly changing conditions. Unsafe driving behaviors place firefighters, security, medics, and the public at risk and can delay emergency operations.

Help us stay safe—so we can protect you.
