🎆8月1日、「七夕の夕べ花火大会」に行って来ました！✨

屋台グルメを楽しんだり、ほう引き大会に挑戦したり(残念ながら何も当たりませんでした😅)、ヨーヨー釣りをしたりと、夏祭を満喫しました！

ニセコ町の花火は、近くまで見ることができる迫力と美しさが魅力ですね！

また来年も見に行けたらいいですね💖

🎆We went to Niseko Tanabata Fireworks Festival✨

We enjoyed the food stalls, tried our luck at the lottery (sadly, no prize this time😅), and played yo-yo fishing!

One of the best things about Niseko’s fireworks is how close you can get to them!

We hope to enjoy this fun summer event again next year💖

🌸 国際交流員とのお別れ 🌸

今月、3名の国際交流員がニセコでの任期を終え、それぞれの母国へ帰国しました。

ニセコで過ごした時間の中で、文化交流イベントや地域活動を通して、たくさんの思い出を一緒に作ることができました✨
ニセコにとって大切な存在だった皆さんがいなくなるのは寂しいですが、これからの新しい挑戦を心から応援しています！

ニセコでの思い出を忘れずに、またいつか会える日を楽しみにしています！

This month, three of our CIRs finished their time in Niseko and returned to their home countries.

During their time here, they shared their cultures, supported many events, and created countless wonderful memories with the community ✨

💬 英会話サークル
毎月第2・第4土曜日に開催しています（一部例外あり）。どなたでも参加できますので、ぜひご登録ください！

毎月第1・第3水曜日に開催しています（一部例外あり）。外国の方は日本語の練習ができ、日本の方はボランティアとして会話の相手をしながら交流を楽しめます！

Every Saturday at 11:00 AM, we’ll be on Radio Niseko (FM 76.2), sharing about our culture and more. You can also download the free “Readymo” app, select Radio Niseko, and listen from anywhere!

💬 English Conversation Club
Held mostly every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month (with some exceptions). It’s open to everyone, so be sure to register!

🗣️ Japanese Salon
Held mostly every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month (with some exceptions). It’s a great chance for foreign residents to practice Japanese, while local Japanese participants can join as volunteer conversation partners!

7月23日、ぺいぺいが中国語で「たびはみちづれ」の読み聞かせをしました！📖✨
読み聞かせの後に中国の十二干支を紹介しました。
午年の人は、自由が好きで行動が早いらしいです😆

On July 23rd, Peipei read "A Horse's Journey" to the children in Chinese!
After reading the book, she introduced Chinese Zodiac to the children.
People born in the Year of the Horse apparently love freedom and are quick to take action😆

☀️ ALTとCIRがニコニコサマーフェスティバルに参加しました！🎉

それぞれがさまざまな形でイベントに参加し、夏の一日を楽しみました✨

🎸 スレード先生はバンドでギターを演奏し、歌も披露して会場を盛り上げました！
🥁 アンナは打ち上げ花火に合わせた太鼓の演奏に参加しました。
🏆 そして、ケイシー先生とスレード先生はYOTEIトーナメントに挑戦！なんと賞品をゲットしました👏✨

音楽に太鼓、ゲームに花火と、夏らしい催しが盛りだくさんの一日でした！

☀️ The ALTs and CIRs took part in the Nikoniko Summer Festival! 🎉

Everyone enjoyed getting involved in the festival in their own way and had a fantastic summer day together! ✨

🎸 Slade performed with his band, playing guitar and singing on stage.
🥁 Anna joined the Taiko performance, accompaniment for the fireworks display.
🏆 Casey and Slade also took on the YOTEI Tournament—and even came away with prizes! 👏✨

With live music, games, taiko and fireworks, it was a day full of summer fun!
