It takes an outstanding team to process and deliver mail to our customers! During the 2025 peak holiday season, the Master Labor Contractors and Marines throughout Marine Corps Base Camp Butler and Marine Corps Air Station Futenma delivered 394,000 pounds of mail during the month of December. They worked extended hours, weekends, and holidays to ensure customers received their holiday mail. We truly appreciate all that you do!

In honor of Washington’s Birthday and Presidents’ Day, all Marine Corps operated post offices are closed today, 16 February 2026. We will reopen tomorrow, 17 February 2026 from 1200 to 1800 for package delivery and prepaid acceptance only. We will resume normal business hours on Wednesday, 18 February 2026, at 0800.

In observance of New Year’s Day, all Marine Corps operated Military Post Offices will undergo the following business hour changes:

- Wednesday, 31 December 2025: Normal business hours (PSC pick-up 0800-1800, Retail Service 1000-1700)

-Thursday, 1 January 2026: Closed

-Friday, 2 January 2026: 1200-1800 for PSC package pick-up and prepaid (pirateship, click-n-ship, stamps. com, etc.) acceptance only.

-Monday, 5 January 2026: Normal business hours (PSC pick-up 0800-1800, Retail Service 1000-1700)

‼️📢 🚨 Shoutout Alert 🚨 📢 ‼️
Most customers are unaware that there is a small processing facility called the Naha Mail Control Activity (MCA) that touches every piece of military mail coming in and out of the Naha airport! The MCA operates every night from 1600 to midnight. They receive mail from air carriers, sort and dispatch mail to the Camp Butler Military Mail Terminal and Kadena Air Mail Terminal, and process and send outgoing mail all around the world. It is a thankless job that often goes unnoticed, but without this crew, we would not receive our mail! So, let’s give it up for the Naha MCA personnel! 👏👏👏👏 Thanks for all you do!
