USAG Okinawa will host its Annual Fall Fest October 21-22, 2022.

For event access, please see the following:

Friday, October 21 - Normal gate operations for SOFA & Authorized Access Personnel ONLY!

Saturday, October 22 - SOFA personnel and Host National Employees/Authorized Access Personnel with base access to Torii Station are encouraged to utilize Gates #1, #3 and #5 to avoid traffic at Gate #4.

SOFA personnel wanting to Sponsor guests will be required to utilize Gate #3.
Host National Employees wanting to Sponsor guests will be required to utilize Gate #4 (adjacent to Toguchi Beach).

Additionally, parking along Ruiz Drive will be single-sided only for Emergency Vehicle access.

Local Nationals WITHOUT base access will be required to utilize Gate #4 and will be subject to random vehicle inspections. Local Nationals must present an official Government of Japan photo ID (e.g., JID card or Lost JID Memo, Japanese Driver License, Japan passport, Japan National Police Agency ID card issued to NPA personnel, Japanese Military ID, GoJ Ministry of National Defense ID, other GoJ Government Ministry official ID). With the exception of the passport, all forms of ID must display the individual’s full
official Japanese ID number.

１０月２２日(土)ー基地開放ゲートはゲート４（渡具知ビーチゲート）になります。
混雑を避けるため、米軍関係者やベースパスをお持ちの方はゲート１，３，５より入域することをお勧めします。
また、米軍関係者がスポンサーとなりデイパス等のエスコートをされる場合はゲート３で手続きをしてください。
現地採用従業員がスポンサーとなりデイパス等のエスコートをされる場合はゲート４で手続きをしてください。
なお、ルイズ通り沿いに駐車の際には緊急車両通行のために片側のみに駐車するようにお願いいたします。

日本の方でベースパス等をお持ちでない方は、ゲート４（渡具知ビーチゲート）より入域いただけます。入域の際にランダムで車両検査が実施されますのでご留意ください。入域の際には写真付き身分証明書（マイナンバーカード、運転免許証、パスポー
ト、自衛隊身分証明書や各省庁が発行する国家公務員身分証明書など）をご提示ください。

Domestic violence takes place in our nation every minute of every day, occurring just about every 15 seconds.

October has been the month where domestic violence and its victims are observed.

The purple ribbon is in honor of domestic violence victims and support for the growing awareness.

For the whole month of October, we are capable of making a change by informing others and providing our resources to go towards services that help domestic violence victims.

All Army Okinawa command teams consisting of 10th Support Group, U.S. Army Garrison Okinawa, 1-1 Air Defense Artillery, 835th Transportation Battalion, 78th Signal Battalion, came together to sign a proclamation in support of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Monday, Oct 3, 2022 in the 10th SG headquarters.

Domestic violence is prevalent in every community, and affects all people regardless of age, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, gender, race, religion, or nationality. This year's theme is 10th Support Group 1-1 ADA (Air Defense Artillery) 1st Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group-Airborne 78th Signal Battalion 247th MP Detachment 835th Transportation Battalion
