Community Strengths and Themes Assessment Survey- Closes DEC 01, 2026

The U.S. Army Japan - Commander’s Ready and Resilient Council (CR2C) is conducting a comprehensive Community Strengths and Themes Assessment (CSTA) to assess the community’s health-related risk factors and needs. The CSTA takes a holistic approach to obtain your perceptions of quality of life, health-related concerns, and availability of programs and services to meet your needs within the Army community across Japan.

The CSTA is now open and will close on Dec. 1, 2026. Responses to this questionnaire remain private and confidential.

The results will provide insight into the opinions and values of the U. S. Army Japan community. This information, combined with the perspectives of senior leaders, service providers and subject matter experts on the Commander’s Ready and Resilient Council will contribute to creating a Comprehensive Health Promotion Improvement Plan for the community. The CSTA is open to all members of the community. Every voice counts.

You may access the CSTA by visiting this link: https://phpubapps.health.mil/Survey/se/2511374500FD0C08.
