Today, I joined hundreds of mourners in paying tribute to Jua Kali business mogul Niko. I am still in shock that he is no longer with us. His hard work, determination, and legacy will always be remembered. May the Almighty God grant him eternal rest and comfort his family, friends, and all who mourn his passing. Rest in peace, Niko.

Today, together with the Wareng Boda SACCO, we built a shed at Tumaini Junction, Kamagut Ward, to provide much-needed shelter during this rainy season.

This is what community partnership looks like. When we come together with a shared purpose, great things happen. Together, we will continue transforming Kamagut Ward—one step at a time. Thank you to everyone who made this initiative a success.

What a blessed Sunday!

I worshipped at AIC Moi Barracks and supported the ongoing church construction, then joined the AIC Kapseret Choir in fundraising for church instruments.

Later, I stood with the family of Kap Maiwa in support of their children's education, supported my friend Commando's family with the medical needs of his wife, Grace, and joined bereaved families in Kamagut, Sambut, and Ainapngetik to offer my condolences.

Grateful for every opportunity to serve God and our community. Blessed week ahead.

This afternoon, Hon. Alfred Rono held a productive engagement with members of the CHAMGAA Women Group in Kaptich, focusing on economic empowerment, inclusion, and strengthening the role of women in community development.
Hon. Alfred Rono firmly believes that empowering women is empowering families, empowering communities, and empowering the future of Kamagut Ward.
Through consistent engagement with the people, Hon. Alfred Rono is laying a strong foundation for a prosperous and inclusive Kamagut.
Together, we shall Make Kamagut Great Again. ✊️

Today I worshipped at West Gate Deliverance Church, Baharini, and later supported the church in the purchase of land.

Afterwards, I passed by my friend David and his family and wished him well as he travels overseas.

Later, I joined the family of KapBoit of Tangit to mourn the loss of their mother.

I also visited and condoled with the family of Kap Chemaget of Kapkiruk following the passing of their loved one, Jomo, and extended my heartfelt comfort to them during this difficult time.

Finally, I met with and expressed my condolences to the family of Kap Mosonik of Chepkongi after the loss of Kogo, Mosin Kogo.

May God grant all the bereaved families peace, strength, and comfort during this time of sorrow.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of worshiping at AIC Ainapngetik Fellowship, where I joined fellow leaders, among them Waziri Chebunet, SCA Obadia, and our Ward Administrator Mr. Melly, during a colourful and uplifting album launch.

The event was graced by an inspiring sermon from Rev. Edwin Korir, and we were blessed by the powerful performances of over 14 choirs who came together in unity, filling the atmosphere with praise and worship. Through choir ministry, we continue to witness the power of music in spreading the Gospel and strengthening our community.

Later, I joined the family of John as he prepares to travel to Iraq in search of greener pastures. I encouraged him to remain focused, work diligently, and always remember home while placing his trust in God.

I concluded my evening by standing in solidarity with the family of Alexandria and the community of Kitangany during a fundraiser to support funeral expenses following the loss of their beloved, Gogo Mutyo. May her soul rest in eternal peace.

I remain committed, determined, and ready to serve the people of Kamagut Ward.
