Together with fellow alumni of Sosiot Girls High School, we joined the Principal and the Board of Management in celebrating the inaugural Alumni Day.

I took the opportunity to mentor, advise, and encourage our young stars to embrace their limitless potential, guided by the values of discipline, hard work, and the fear of God.

The free cancer screening initiative that we launched yesterday reached its peak today at Kapkatet County Referral Hospital. This endeavor, symbolizes our commitment to safeguarding lives. As we forge ahead, our vision extends beyond the confines of today's success, aspiring to be a pillar of hope that spans far and wide. Early diagnosis is a steadfast ally in the battle against this relentless adversary, it propels us toward a future where the shadows of this pernicious disease are vanquished.

I extend gratitude to several stakeholders who, with open hearts, contributed their resources to underpin this noble cause. We are determined to confront the scourge of cancer and illuminate a path toward a healthier, brighter tomorrow.

Stanbic Bank has forged a powerful collaboration with the County Government of Kericho, exemplifying a commitment to transforming women leadership. I had the honor gracing the impactful Breakfast Show hosted by Stanbic Bank in Kericho, witnessing their determination to empower and uplift women in our society.

Stanbic Bank has allocated a sum of Ksh20 million, specifically designated to support women over the next two years. Simultaneously, the County Government, in collaboration with the County Assembly, is diligently crafting the Women & Gender Bill, a groundbreaking move that will open the doors to vital funding for women and gender-related activities.

I appreciate Stanbic Bank for boldly leading the charge in investing within Kericho County, and I urge other stakeholders to unite in this noble and significant initiative.

Psalms 68:5 A father to the fatherless,a Defender of widows,is God in his holy dwelling.

Today I had priviledge to attend celebration of International Widow's Day at Chemegong Primary school,It was indeed an outstanding occasion to share with the widows on the challenges they're facing and how they do to easily curb the possibilities in future.

I took the chance to make them befit in today's economic experience and be able to respond accordingly. It is our responsibility to support the vulnerable in the society and be ever present for them

Today was a great day of spiritual nourishment as I led the Bureti Regional Choirs at AIC Sebetet .
This was yet another auspicious moment to reckoned on inspiring and motivating the congregants to grow in Christ .
It was in the occasion that i urged them to build their teams to holistic composition throughout the region and beyond.
I shall continue being part of the church in the journey of empowering them.

CELEBRATING WORLD MENSTRUAL HYGIENE DAY

Presided over the World Menstrual Hygiene Day at Tuiyobei, Kipkelion.

We all need to ensure access to timely menstrual and puberty education, improved access to sanitary products and affordability to low income consumers.

"Making Menstruation normal fact of life by 2030" is the theme this year's event and I agree that menstrual hygiene affects each and every one of us in one way or another.
Menstruation is not a taboo, it’s a natural life process.

We continue to raise awareness and change negative social norms. We are committed as Mama Betty Mutai Foundation in bringing change to the communities around us & beyond our county.
