Today I joined fellow Kitui leaders in Zombe, for a Thanksgiving service hosted by Kitui East MP Hon. Ni**od Mbai to celebrate his recovery after a prolonged period of illness. The event brought together political leaders, religious leaders, and residents from across the region.

Today in ACK ST Martin's Cathedral, Kitui Town, I had the opportunity to thank H.E. the President William Samoei Ruto for the transformative development projects underway in Kitui Central, including affordable housing, improved roads, ESP markets, the new 12-classroom block at Kitui High School, and much more including issuance of Title deeds in Miambani Ward that is set to happen this Friday, 17th July 2026.

This evening, I joined fellow leaders from Kitui and Machakos Counties for a meeting with President William Ruto at State House, Nairobi.

Our discussions focused on strengthening unity among leaders and accelerating development across our respective regions.

I also took the opportunity to advocate for key development projects in Kitui Central Constituency ahead of the President's visit this Sunday, when he will join us for a worship service at ACK St. Martin's Church, Kitui Town.
