1. MCA John Mburu (Hongwe) responded to the statement raised by MCA Hope Wanjiku (Nominated )regarding theft and ra**ng at Bahari Ward.

The Police confirmed the ra**ng of 3 elderly widows and the criminals were arrested.

2. MCA John Mburu (Hongwe) responded to the statement raised by Ahmed Omar regarding the security of MCAs.

The Lamu County Security organs have increased patrols and has attached 4 administrative police officers at County Assembly of Lamu.

3. MCA Suleiman Farah (Witu) responded to a statement raised by MCA Mohd Aboud (Faza) on Fishermen compensation.

The KPA has assured that, the fishermen will be compensated as soon as the Court of Appeal gives directions

1. On 25th October, 2023 *MCA Mohamed Aboud* (Faza) raised a statement on the handing over of Patte and Faza Social.

The Executive responded that both social halls, Faza and Patte are still in the hands of a contractor waiting for an official handling over process to the relevant department.

2. On 17th May, 2023 Nominated MCA Aisha Abdulrahman raised a statement regarding the Scholarship Program .

The Executive responded that the scholarship program will be released soon as per the Academic Year, 2023 which will be distributed to a total of 2556 beneficiaries.
