MUTULA BRIBING MEMBERS OF COUNTY ASSEMBLY. In the financial year 2022/23 MCAs were paid allowances of *ksh 751,700* for attending county sensitization meetings.
Since the COUNTY ASSEMBLY has its own Independent budget, these payments were and are considered irregular.
No wonder all Makueni County MCAs are supporting Mutula re-election. But we want to remind them MUTULA IS WANTAM.

In the financial year 2022/23 Makueni County spend 48% of its total revenue on salaries and employees benefits. The public Finance Management Regulations set the legal ceiling at 35%. This reduced resources available for development projects and services delivery.
Hon. Prof Philip Kaloki WILL DO AWAY WITH ALL GHOST WORKERS IN THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT TO MAKE SURE HIS GOVERNMENT'S RECURRENT EXPENDITURE WILL BE WITHIN THE LEGAL CEIL SET BY THE PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS.

Location: Kiaoni, Kibwezi West.

Today marked a significant milestone for the people of Kiaoni with the official opening of the Kiaoni Police Station, a vital investment that will enhance security, strengthen law enforcement, and promote a safer environment for families, businesses, and future development.
Hon. Prof Philip Kaloki joined Kibwezi West MP Hon. Mwengi Mutuse, Farouk Kibet, Hon. Japheth Nyakundi, Dr. Andrew Mulwa, and other leaders in witnessing this important occasion, reaffirming their shared commitment to improving the lives of the people of Makueni.
Security is the foundation upon which economic growth, education, healthcare, and investment thrive. A secure community is an empowered community.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to H.E. President William Samoei Ruto for his continued support of development initiatives in the Ukambani region. Such investments demonstrate the importance of collaborative leadership in addressing the needs of our people.
Together, let us continue working towards a peaceful, secure, and prosperous Makueni for all.
