Court proceedings continued as usual today on 22nd July 2026 at Mandera Law Courts with judicial services being delivered across the various courts as scheduled.
Hon. B.S. Khapoya (Senior Principal Magistrate) presided over proceedings in Court 1, while Hon. Mohamed Sambul (Principal Kadhi) conducted matters before the Kadhi’s Court. At the Mandera High Court Sub-Registry, Hon. Justice J.T. Lolwatan of the Garissa High Court also presided over court proceedings virtually, handling High Court matters filed and registered under Mandera High Court Sub-Registry
Court staff, Court Orderlies, some advocates, prosecutors,litigants, and members of the public were present.
