I condoled with the family of the late Pamela Mwajuma at her home in South Kanyamkago. The late Pamela was a dedicated PINDRA supporter who stood firmly with the movement from the early days of Governor Ochilo Ayacko’s gubernatorial ambitions.

I later proceeded to East Kanyamkago, Uriri Sub-County, where I condoled with the family of the late Hillary Ogola, brother to the Assistant County Commissioner (ACC) for Kericho, Emily Ogola. The late Hillary will be laid to rest on 3rd September 2026.

I closed the day by attending the burial ceremony of the late Elder Yusuf Otieno Odell of Kabuoro, Central Kamagambo, Rongo Sub-County.

May God grant the bereaved families strength, comfort and peace as they mourn the loss of their loved ones.

I had the honor of attending the 2026 Lake Region Economic Bloc (LREB) Convention in Malindi, Kilifi County, where I joined my fellow county first ladies in celebrating our collective achievements in advancing early childhood development, health promotion, environmental sustainability, and initiatives focused on women and children.

I am deeply grateful for the recognition of my efforts to enhance the lives of women and children in Migori County. Our initiatives—ranging from fistula eradication and combating adolescent health threats to promoting cervical cancer screening and establishing a sickle cell treatment center—underscore our shared commitment to building a healthier, more empowered community.

Together, we reaffirm our dedication to transformative programs that improve the well-being of families across the LREB member counties. I am inspired by the collective spirit of collaboration and innovation, which continues to drive positive change in our regions.
