Ntimaru Social Accountability Network (NSAN) visited the Seronga Zion Harvest International Church Rescue Centre, a safe haven for courageous girls who have chosen to stand strong against FGM.

During our visit, we were humbled to offer support through essential items including mattresses, sanitary towels, soap, and rice—small gestures that bring comfort, dignity, and hope to the girls sheltered at the centre.

We deeply appreciate the partnership and warm welcome from Zion Harvest International Church. Together, we reaffirm our commitment to protecting our daughters, especially during this challenging season of increased cutting.

May God bless everyone who continues to stand for the safety, rights, and future of our girls.

The Ntimaru Social Accountability Network (NSAN) extends its heartfelt gratitude to all the leaders and organizations that have made a significant impact on the lives of Persons with Disabilities in Ntimaru Subcounty.

We sincerely thank . Kemege Tyson, our nominated MCA, for his unwavering commitment to advocating for inclusivity. Our appreciation also goes to the County Government, through the Ministry of Persons with Disability, led by Hon. Rhoda Nchagwa, for their dedication and support.

We acknowledge the National Ministry of Social Protection and Social Services, under Hon. Motari, for ensuring resources reach those who need them most. A special thank you to the National Fund for the Disabled of Kenya and the local administration for playing a crucial role in empowering our community.

Through this collective effort, Persons with Disabilities in Ntimaru Subcounty have received life-changing support, including locomotive instruments and income-generating assets such as sewing machines, wheelchairs, welding machines, ox ploughs, maize millers, wheelbarrows, cheques for those who requested Domestic animals that would have been difficult to carry and much more.

This is a step towards economic empowerment and inclusivity! Together, we continue to build a society where everyone has equal opportunities.
