HAS THE LAW KEPT PACE WITH THE COMMERCIALISATION OF SEXUALITY?

One of the most difficult legal questions today is this...👇👇

📌If a person voluntarily sells sexual services or monetises explicit sexual content, should the law begin to recognise aspects of sexual autonomy as an economic interest as well as a personal right?

📌If the law recognises that sexual services can be exchanged for money, should income earned from those activities be treated like any other taxable source of income?

📌If society increasingly accepts the commercialisation of sexual services, does that change how the law should conceptualise the legal interests involved, or does consent remain the only decisive factor regardless of payment?

📌If a person's sexual autonomy has both a personal and an economic dimension, should the law recognise both criminal liability and civil compensation where that autonomy is violated?

📌Should r**e remain purely a criminal offence, or should the victim also have an expanded civil claim for economic loss where there is evidence that the violation deprived them of an identifiable source of income?

📌Does the commercialisation of sexuality change the legal nature of the human body, or does the Constitution continue to protect bodily autonomy and human dignity irrespective of whether a person earns income from sexual services or explicit content?

📌If one person's body is used commercially by choice, does that make the body a market asset, or does consent remain the dividing line between lawful commerce and criminal conduct?

📌Can something be both a constitutional right deserving the highest protection and an economic interest capable of generating income, or are those concepts fundamentally incompatible?

📌Should the law evolve as society changes, or should there be constitutional limits beyond which commercialisation cannot alter the legal protection afforded to the human body?
