Golaha Wasiirada Xukuumadda Federaalka Soomaaliya ayaa maanta ansixiyay Axdiga Dhallinyarada Afrika (African Youth Charter), kaas oo muhiim u ah (shaqo-abuurka, iyo doorka hoggaamineed ee dhallinyarada dalkeenna).
Ansixintan waxay uga dhigan tahay dhallinyarada Soomaaliyeed:
1. Fursado Shaqo-abuur: Fududeynta mashariicda horumarineed iyo taageerada hal-abuurka dhallinyarada.
2. Qeyb-ka-qaadashada Hogaanka: In dhallinyarada ay doorka ugu horreeya ka qaataan go'aan-gaarista siyaasadeed iyo dhismaha dalka.
3. Isku-xirka Qaaradda: In dhallinyaradeenu ay helaan deeqaha waxbarasho iyo madallada khibrad-dhaafsiga ee Midowga Afrika (AU).
Horumarka dhallinyaradu waa horumarka qaranka! Dadaalka lagu dhisayo mustaqbalka dhallinyarada wuu sii socon doonaa.

The Council of Ministers of the Federal Government of Somalia today approved the African Youth Charter, an important framework for advancing youth employment opportunities and strengthening the leadership role of young people in our country.
This approval means the following for Somali youth:
1. Employment Opportunities: Facilitating development initiatives and supporting youth innovation and entrepreneurship.
2. Leadership Participation: Enabling young people to take a leading role in political decision-making and nation-building.
3. Continental Connections: Expanding opportunities for Somali youth to access scholarships and experience-sharing platforms offered through the African Union (AU).
Youth development is national development!
Efforts to build a brighter future for Somali youth will continue.
