Ewaso Ngiro South River Basin Development Authority (ENSDA) operates as a statutory body formed under the act of parliament Cap. 447 of the Laws of Kenya (1989). It is mandated to initiate, plan, co-ordinate and implement development projects/programmes within Narok, Kajiado, Transmara and parts of Nakuru and Nyandarua counties.
