Hon. Feisal Abdallah Bader on Friday officially handed over two newly constructed classrooms at Marigiza Primary School in Ramisi Ward.

The project, funded by Ng-Cdf Msambweni Constituency and launched in January, is now complete and will provide a better learning environment for pupils. Plans are underway to construct additional classrooms and an administration block in the next financial year.

Yesterday, our Patron, Hon. Feisal Abdallah Bader, presided over the handover of the newly renovated Assistant Chief’s Office in Eshu Sub-Location, a project funded by the Ng-Cdf Msambweni Constituency. The renovation marks a significant step toward strengthening local administration and creating a more efficient and dignified working environment for officers serving the community.

During the event, Hon. Bader also oversaw the delivery of new office furniture, further equipping the facility to enhance service delivery and improve day-to-day operations. The upgraded office is expected to boost efficiency, accessibility, and responsiveness to the needs of residents.

Leaders present included the area MCA Hon.Hanifa Mwajirani, Hon.Juma Maone, Kinondo Ward, Ngcdf Chairperson, ACC Msambweni, Chief, assistant chiefs among other leaders.

Msambweni MP Hon. Feisal Abdallah Bader , together with Huduma Kenya CEO CPA Ben Kai Chilumo, inspected the ongoing construction of the Msambweni Huduma Centre at Mvindeni, Ukunda Ward, fully funded by Ng-Cdf Msambweni Constituency

Earlier this morning, the Ng-Cdf Msambweni Constituency team, led by our Patron Hon. Feisal Abdallah Bader, alongside Chairperson Mr. Thabiti Mohamed and Fund Account Manager Mr. Brian Nyika, proudly handed over two renovated classrooms at G***a la Simba Primary School and four newly renovated classrooms at Magutu Primary School. Both projects were fully funded by the Msambweni NG-CDF.
The upgraded classrooms feature modern tiled floors, ceiling fans, and well-ventilated windows, critical improvements that provide a comfortable, safe, and conducive learning environment for our children to thrive academically.
These projects reflect our continued commitment to enhancing the quality of education in Msambweni Constituency and ensuring that our learners have the facilities and resources they need to succeed.

The second phase of the Ng-Cdf Msambweni Constituency disbursement for the 2025/2026 Financial Year has been successfully completed.
Through this exercise, 4,968 secondary school students..predominantly Form 4 candidates alongside a number of Form 3 students, received bursary support totaling Ksh 30.1 million.

Form 3 students who were not covered in this phase have been placed on a waiting list and will be issued with their cheques once additional funds are released by the National Treasury.

Speaking during the event, the Patron, Hon. Feisal Abdallah Bader , announced that bursary application forms for incoming Grade 10 students will be made available earlier next month.

Earlier today, the Ng-Cdf Msambweni Constituency team led by our Patron, Hon. Feisal Abdallah Bader together with Chairman Mr. Thabiti Mohamed and Manager Mr. Brian Nyika officially handed over a fully equipped, modern Science Laboratory to Mvindeni Primary Junior Secondary School.

Earlier yesterday, our Patron, Hon. Feisal Abdallah Bader, together with the Chairperson Mr. Thabiti Mohamed, led the NG-CDF team in disbursing bursary cheques amounting to Ksh 2,414,000 to deserving students under the Msambweni NG-CDF Sponsorship Program.

Yesterday, Msambweni Mp, Hon. Feisal Abdallah Bader was at Bongwe Secondary School, to launch the new, model for the disbursement of NG-CDF bursary forms, focusing on our public day secondary schools. Under this model, we take the forms directly to the schools. The exercise commenced in Ukunda and Bongwe-Gombato wards, while on Monday 8th,we proceed to Kinondo and Ramisi wards to ensure comprehensive coverage.

To facilitate this,his office liaised with school heads to mobilize parents. Parents were requested to be at their respective schools with the necessary documentation.staffs were on-site to assist in filling out the forms, getting them stamped, and attaching all required documents. Once completed, the forms are retained by my office for immediate processing into the system, which will expedite the preparation of cheques.

The motivation for this new approach is clear,We have observed concerning trends of poor performance and increased dropout rates in our day schools,akey contributor is that students, when sent home due to fee balances, often miss crucial learning time with some not returning at all. To combat this, the Ng-Cdf Msambweni Constituency will cover half of the school fees, with the parent responsible for the remaining portion.Hon.Feisal has also directed headteachers to establish structured fee payment plans with parents to prevent the disruption of learning due to outstanding balances.

To clarify for other beneficiaries: parents with students in boarding schools within Msambweni, or in schools outside the constituency, should not be worried,your funds have been duly allocated. You will collect your bursary forms from your normal centers next Friday, the 12th of December. This new school-based model does not affect your process.

For our pioneers joining Senior Secondary School (Grade 10) under the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), your bursary applications will be activated once the national placement results are released.

These measures are part of steadfast commitment to securing a bright future for every child in Msambweni. By ensuring financial barriers do not lock our children out of classrooms, we invest in their optimal performance and empower them to reach their full potential. PUBLIC NOTICE – MSAMBWENI NG-CDF BURSARY ISSUANCE

Msambweni NG-CDF, under the patronage of Hon. Feisal Abdallah Bader , wishes to inform all residents of Msambweni Constituency that bursary issuance for secondary school students (Form 3 & Form 4 Day Scholars) will take place on:

Friday, 5th December 2025

Monday, 8th December 2025

This year, things will be different. We will start with day scholars on Friday, issuing bursaries in Bongwe/Gombato and Ukunda wards, respectively, and on Monday, we will be in Kinondo and Ramisi wards, respectively.

This adjustment has been made following the efforts of our able MP, Hon. Feisal Bader, to ease the school fees burden on parents.

All bursary forms will be filled and submitted on the same day. NG-CDF staff and committee members will be present to assist where needed.

For the convenience of parents and students, NG-CDF staff will visit all day and mixed secondary schools to identify eligible day scholars and issue bursary forms on-site. Parents/guardians are urged to come prepared.

Yesterday, we officially handed over the site for the construction of the new Msambweni Huduma Centre, funded by the Ng-Cdf Msambweni Constituency for the 2024/2025 Financial Year.

For far too long, our people have had to travel all the way to Kwale Town to access essential government services such as ID applications, birth certificates, and business permits. This has led to unnecessary travel expenses and a significant loss of valuable time.

The new Huduma Centre will bring government services closer to the people, making access more efficient, affordable, and convenient for every resident of Msambweni.

Hon. Feisal Abdallah Bader remains committed to working tirelessly for the betterment of Msambweni Constituency β€” because bringing government closer to YOU is his top priority.
