ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី៣១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សណ្ឋាគារ សូហ្វីតែល សៀមរាប
ខ្ញុំមានកិត្តិយសយ៉ាងក្រៃលែង ដែលបានជូនដំណើរលោក Daisuke Teraguchi ប្រធានផ្នែកប្រតិបត្តិអន្តរជាតិនៃ ស្ថាប័ន K-1 ប្រទេសជប៉ុន និងលោក Rick Shin ប្រធាន Kombat Global មកពីអាមេរិក ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីទិសដៅកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍ ទេសចរណ៍កីឡា (Sports Tourism) តាមរយៈការរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍កីឡាប្រយុទ្ធកម្រិតអន្តរជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា។
ជំនួបនេះបានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល សហព័ន្ធកីឡាប្រដាល់គុនខ្មែរ និងដៃគូអន្តរជាតិ ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ «គុនខ្មែរ» ឱ្យក្លាយជាផលិតផលកីឡា និងវប្បធម៌ដែលមានការទទួលស្គាល់កាន់តែទូលំទូលាយនៅលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។
ខ្ញុំសូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហួត ហាក់ ដែលបានផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រ និងចក្ខុវិស័យច្បាស់លាស់ក្នុងការភ្ជាប់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍ និងកីឡា ដើម្បីទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរអន្តរជាតិ បង្កើតតម្លៃបន្ថែមដល់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយអរិយធម៌ វប្បធម៌ និងកេរដំណែល «គុនខ្មែរ» ទៅកាន់ពិភពលោក។
ខ្ញុំក៏សូមអរគុណដល់ ស្ថាប័ន K-1 ជប៉ុន និង Kombat Global ដែលបានជឿជាក់លើសក្តានុពលរបស់កម្ពុជា និងប្តេជ្ញាសហការជាមួយសហព័ន្ធកីឡាប្រដាល់គុនខ្មែរ ក្នុងការនាំយកព្រឹត្តិការណ៍កីឡាប្រយុទ្ធលំដាប់ពិភពលោកមកកាន់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចសហការនេះ មិនត្រឹមតែផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់កីឡាករគុនខ្មែរប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែនឹងទាក់ទាញអ្នកគាំទ្រ ប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងភ្ញៀវទេសចររាប់ម៉ឺននាក់ពីជុំវិញពិភពលោកឱ្យស្គាល់កម្ពុជា និង «គុនខ្មែរ» កាន់តែច្បាស់។
ខ្ញុំជឿជាក់ថា តាមរយៈការរួមសហការរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ស្ថាប័នឯកជន និងដៃគូអន្តរជាតិ យើងនឹងអាចធ្វើឱ្យកម្ពុជាក្លាយជាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលទេសចរណ៍កីឡាប្រយុទ្ធដ៏សំខាន់មួយនៅអាស៊ី ហើយធ្វើឱ្យ «គុនខ្មែរ» ក្លាយជាមោទនភាពរួមរបស់ប្រជាជាតិ ដែលមានការទទួលស្គាល់ និងគោរពពីសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ។
គុនខ្មែរ មិនត្រឹមតែជាកីឡាក្បាច់គុនបុរាណរបស់កម្ពុជាប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាស្ពានភ្ជាប់វប្បធម៌ ទេសចរណ៍ និងមិត្តភាពរវាងប្រជាជាតិនានា ហើយជាថាមពលទន់ (Soft Power) ដ៏មានតម្លៃ ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់កិត្យានុភាព និងកេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះរបស់ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជានៅលើឆាកពិភពលោក។
I was deeply honored to accompany Mr. Daisuke Teraguchi, Chief of International Operations of K-1 Japan, and Mr. Rick Shin, President of Kombat Global (USA), on a courtesy visit and working discussion with H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Our discussion focused on strengthening cooperation in the development of Sports Tourism through the organization of international combat sports events in Cambodia, while positioning Kun Khmer as a unique cultural and sporting asset that can attract visitors from around the world.
This meeting reflects the shared commitment of the Royal Government of Cambodia, the Kun Khmer Federation, and our international partners to elevate Kun Khmer onto the global stage. By combining sports, tourism, and culture, we are creating new opportunities to promote Cambodia's rich heritage, stimulate economic growth, and enhance the country's international profile.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to H.E. Huot Hak for his strong support and visionary leadership in recognizing the important role that sports tourism can play in showcasing Cambodia's tourism potential and promoting our national identity through Kun Khmer.
My heartfelt thanks also go to K-1 Japan and Kombat Global for their confidence in Cambodia and their commitment to collaborating with the Kun Khmer Federation in bringing world-class combat sports events to our country. These partnerships will not only provide greater opportunities for Cambodian athletes but will also attract international fighters, fans, media, and visitors, allowing more people around the world to experience Cambodia and appreciate the beauty and heritage of Kun Khmer.
I firmly believe that through close collaboration between the Royal Government, the private sector, and our international partners, Cambodia can become one of Asia's leading destinations for Sports Tourism and a recognized hub for international combat sports events.
Kun Khmer is more than Cambodia's ancient martial art—it is a powerful symbol of our cultural identity, a bridge connecting nations through sport, and an important source of Cambodia's soft power on the global stage. Together, we will continue our mission to bring Kun Khmer to the world.
