On Thursday morning, 6 August 2026, at Kep Provincial Hall, Mr. HENG Salpiseth, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Public-Private Partnerships (GDPPP), representing H.E. OM Macthearith, Director General of GDPPP, accompanied by colleagues, attended a dissemination workshop on the "Policy on Development of Social and Affordable Housing", which were organized by Habitat for Humanity Cambodia. The objectives of the workshops: (1) disseminate the Policy on Development of Social and Affordable Housing to enhance understanding at sub-national level and (2) promote the implementation of the policy. The workshop was chaired by H.E. TEP Boramin, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, and H.E. Dr. SOM Piseth, Governor of Kep Province, and was attended by representatives from sub-national administrations, banks and microfinance institutions, housing developers, non-governmental organizations, and other relevant stakeholders in Kep Province.

On Monday, 3rd August 2026, at the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC), H.E. Om Macthearith, Director General of the General Department of Public-Private Partnerships (GDPPP) and colleagues accompanied H.E. Meas Sokseansan, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, attended the meeting of the Negotiation Committee for the Agreement on the Development of the Kampot Multipurpose Port under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model. The meeting was led by His Excellency Say Samal, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of MLMUPC with participation of representatives from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, the Council for the Development of Cambodia, the Kampot Provincial Administration, and Kampot Sunny Investment Co., Ltd.
