Faster mail delivery is officially here!
The ribbon on the brand-new mail terminal at the Busan Storage Facility has officially been cut!
This new facility completely upgrades our logistics operations to get letters and packages into the hands of our Soldiers faster than ever before.

Connecting with loved ones back home plays a vital role in our mission. By streamlining our mail processing and cutting down transit times, we are directly boosting Soldier morale and keeping our community strong. A huge thank you to the logistics and postal teams who worked tirelessly to make this facility a reality!

Readiness starts with our gear!
Firefighters from the Camp Walker Fire Station recently tested their fire hoses for leakage, damage, and overall reliability during preventative maintenance. The crews meticulously inspect and maintain this critical equipment to guarantee it performs flawlessly when seconds count.
We maintain our gear to protect our personnel and the community we serve. Always ready!

🎙️✨ Be the voice of your community at SPOT PARTY!
AFN Daegu is inviting YOU to step into the studio and record a commercial! No experience needed, just bring your voice and your energy!
📅 May 16th | 11 AM – 4 PM
📍 AFN Daegu Studio, Building 562 – Camp Walker
🙌 Who can participate?
Everyone with base access, all ages welcome! We’ll even have scripts designed for kids, so the whole family can join in on the fun.
🎤 What to expect:
• Pick from a variety of commercial scripts (for adults and kids!)
• Record in a real AFN studio
• Hear yourself on the air
Enjoy a fun, relaxed environment with the USO and American Red Cross, who will be providing games, snacks, and drinks for volunteers.
VMIS volunteer hours available!
This is for the community, by the community and your voice makes it all possible.
