Think you can crack the case? Join us for a magical fairytale Murder Mystery Party where you’ll step into the role of a classic character, interrogate suspects, uncover clues, and work together to solve The Mystery of the Magic Pencil! ✏️🔍

🎪 Torch After Dark Festival Recap! 🌙

The Youth Center kicked off the school year with an evening full of games, challenges, activities, and plenty of fun!

Our Torch Leadership Club members took the lead from setup to cleanup, helping plan and run the event while making sure everyone had a great time! 🙌 They led classic carnival games, group games, and challenges, and of course, no festival is complete without snow cones and popcorn! 🍧🍿

The evening ended with a raffle party where everyone had a chance to win some cool prizes! 🎟️

A huge shoutout to our Torch members for making the night happen and showing what leadership is all about! 💙

📚Teen Center This Week! 🎮

We’ve got another week of activities lined up! 📖 Monday brings Book Club and a One v. One Leadership Challenge, Tuesday has Nail Art and Chess, Wednesday features March to the Beat and Food Club: Muffins, and Thursday brings Elephant Toothpaste experiment and Badminton! 🧁🏸 The Teen Center will be closed Friday, Sept. 4. Come hang out, try something new, and make the most of the week with us!

BASEBALL PRACTICE CANCELLED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK ⚠️
Due to the high heat index and Black Flag conditions, baseball practice is canceled Aug 26-28. We hope conditions improve to resume practice on Aug 31.

Youth Sports Flag Football & Cheer 2026 📣🏈

This is the last week registration is open for our next Youth Sports season! Sign up now through August 28 at parent.afcyp.com before registration CLOSES.

📅 Season Dates: October 12 – December 3
💲 Cost: $85 (Coaching Discount: $25)

🏈 Flag Football: Ages 9+
📣 Cheerleading: Ages 5+

Registration Requirements due Oct 12:
✅ Completed CYPBMS profile with card on file
✅ Physical and flu shot completed within the past 12 months (or approved immunization waiver)
✅ Parent Orientation completed and Parent Code of Ethics signed (updated annually)
