Chapter 45 (Together forever and ever)
The gem kingdom ~
With his back facing the room, he held an emerald hair pin in his hand while the other balled into a fist.
He looked at the bright moon in the sky as he kept thinking of her.
He knew they must have found out at him from her and rejected him. The thought made him sneered.
'No one can take her away from me again' he swore in his heart.
He turned around and faced the woman who was sitting lazily on the couch staring at him with amusement dancing in her eyes.
She looked so young. Her jet black hair reached her shoulders as it was adorned with jewelries.
She had a pale white skin and a red pouty lips which made her looked like a child. Her eyes were big and droopy which looked adorable.
"I love her mum" Leo said to the woman.
Lily was the queen of the gem kingdom. She was in her forties but she looked like she was in her early twenties.
She was Leo's mother and a great queen. Leo had told her about Ann and she was surprised to know how in love her son was and she was anticipating to meet her future daughter in law.
"So her father does not approve of you, huh?" She smiled slyly.
Leo nodded and sighed. She beckoned her to sit beside her and when he obliged she smiled.
"Don't worry, mama will make you marry your lover" lily ruffed Leo's hair.
"Mom, don't do that. I'm not a child anymore" he pouted and run his hands through his thick hair.
3 months later
The emerald kingdom ~
Ever since the court incident happened, Bella has become distant. She didn't smile anymore. Her speech became short. Gone was the smiley princess and now was the distant one.
She made a deal with her father that when three months are over and Leo still haven't made his move, the she'll get married to Prince Mandi.
The three months were over but Leo never came. People in the palace said the gave up on her.
Rumors also said he had gotten engaged to another girl.
But Bella never minded, she knew they were not true, but she some how believed it too.
She knew Leo loves her and will never let go of her.
She was in her room, sitting in front of her mirror as she stared at the mark on her neck.
She heard the door of her room opened as a maid entered.
"Princess it's time to get ready" the maid bowed.
Bella didn't respond as she kept silent. Today was her wedding day with Prince Mandi.
The deadliness also today so she had no choice but to marry him.
The maid helped her get dressed and she made her hair adorning it with emeralds.
She stood up when she was done.
She walked out of the room. On her way, she met Lucas.
Lucas smiled at Bella and be saw her forcing a smile at him. He knew his sister wasn't happy with the marriage.
She held Lucas hand as he led her to the hall where the groom was waiting for her.
She saw her father smiling at her but she looked away and casted her gaze down as he walked towards the groom.
All these whole time she never spared a glance at prince Mandi.
Prince Mandi stared at Bella who never spared him a glance. He knew she didn't love him and he didn't either. He was also forced to marry her.
At the pastor was about to speak, the door bursted opened and a lady and a guy entered.
"This marriage needs another groom" Bella heard a familiar voice.
She raised her head and her eyes met with a golden ones.
"Today is the last day of the deal and she won because my son came for her" lily spoke as he glared at Ann's father.
Bella's father had nothing to say as he watched with his own ever see his daughter get married.
Prince Mandi haves a sigh of relief once the marge was over. He was finally free.
"Congratulations" he said to them as quickly lift with his people. Lucas smiled as his sister finally married to the love of her life.
Bella was still in shock. She couldn't believe she got married to Prince Leo instead of Prince Mandi. It happened so fast...
In the evening
Now they were both in Bella's room as they stared at each other.
She looked away as she wiped her tears that were threatening to fall down.
"You made me almost have up on you" she whispered.
"I'm sorry"
"You made me sad"
"I'm sorry"
"You made me cry"
"I'm sorry"
She kept hitting on his chest as she sobbed. Leo held her hands as he pulled her into his embrace.
"I'm sorry for not coming early. I'll make it up to you. We're married now so you can punish me anyhow you want. Even in bed" he whispered the last words in her ears making her blush.
"You pervert" she hit him playful and snuggled into his embrace.
"I love you Ann Bella"
"I love you too Leonard Leo" she replied with a smile as he leaned closer to her.
Their faces were inches away from each other as they shared the same breath. His eyes bore into hers and their nose brushed against earth other.
Leo held her waist and pulled her closer more. As they were about to kiss...
"Oh my gawd!" Someone yelled making their head snapped to the direction of the noise.
Lily stood there with a blushing face. She wanted to have a talk with her daughter in law but she didn't expect to bumped into their intimate scene.
"Mom!" Leo crowed as he glared at her.
Bella just hid her face in his chest hiding. Lily grinned with her red face and quickly went out.
"Where were we?" He said with a smirk and pinned her down on the bed.
"Shut up you Prevert" she muttered under her breath.
