Our Lady of Good Counsel Youth Leadership Development & Support Team The main purpose of the Team is to develop a cadre of leaders by providing them with the skills and support required to lead their respective groups.

Our Lady of Good Counsel Youth Leadership Development & Support Team was established to work in Youth Ministry with a focus on youth leaders within the Castries Deanery of the Archdiocese of Castries. The Team will work in collaboration with the Archdiocesan Youth Office as well as the Parish Priests, Youth Coordinators and Parish Youth sub-committees to assist in developing youth leadership capacity.

This workshop was held at the Parish Centre on Saturday 2 June, 2012. It was organized by Our Lady of Good Counsel for the Youth Leaders of the Castries Deanery. The objective of this workshop was to introduce participants to the philosophy and understanding of leadership and how they can apply it to their various youth ministries.
