The Saint Lucia Fire Service is excited to host a fun-filled walk from Micoud to Soufriere on August 31st! 🎉

🗓️ Date: August 31st
🕣 Start Time: Bus departs at 6:00 AM from Fire Service Headquarters
🚶‍♂️ Walk Start: 8:30 AM from Micoud to Soufriere
💰 Registration Fee: $35 (Open to all ages – fun for the whole family!)

What to bring:
Water bottle to stay hydrated
Comfortable shoes for walking
Hat and/or sunshades for sun protection

Register now:
Collect your registration form at any Fire Station closest to you!

Come out, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and support a great cause! Whether you're a seasoned walker or just looking for a fun way to stay active, everyone is welcome! 😊

Igniting Inspiration at Career Day! 🔥

It was an absolute privilege for the Saint Lucia Fire Service to participate in a recent school career day this June. We were honored to be invited to share our passion for firefighting and community service with the next generation.

Our officers had a fantastic time engaging with bright and curious students, showcasing the tools and equipment we use, and discussing the importance of fire safety. Answering their insightful questions and seeing their excitement was a rewarding experience for our entire team.

We believe in empowering our youth and are grateful for the opportunity to have hopefully inspired some future firefighters and community leaders. Thank you to the students, teachers, and staff for welcoming us with such enthusiasm!

The Saint Lucia Fire Service proudly announces its victory in the highly anticipated annual Public Service Futsal Tournament held this past Saturday, June 14th. The team showcased exceptional skill, teamwork, and determination throughout the competition, ultimately securing the championship title.

The tournament, which brought together various public service departments in a spirit of friendly competition and camaraderie, saw the Saint Lucia Fire Service team deliver a stunning performance. Their dedication and rigorous training were evident on the court as they skillfully navigated through the rounds to claim the top spot.

The Saint Lucia Fire Service extends its gratitude to the organizers of the Public Service Futsal Tournament and congratulates all participating teams for their sportsmanship and spirited competition. The event was a resounding success in fostering positive relationships among public service agencies.

On May 29th, we welcomed 52 dedicated recruits who officially completed their rigorous training program and have now joined the ranks of our esteemed fire service.

These individuals spent months honing their skills, pushing their limits, and demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the safety of our community. They have been trained in fire suppression, emergency medical response, rescue operations, and hazardous materials handling, preparing them for the challenges they will face in the line of duty.

This addition of 52 new firefighters is a significant enhancement to our service, strengthening our ability to respond effectively and ensuring that our community remains protected. We look forward to the energy, dedication, and fresh perspectives they will bring to our stations.
