This Father’s Day, we protect the dads who protect others. From our paramedic and aeromedical team with Hurricane Tomas experience, here are five practical safety tips for St. Lucia: 1) When boating, wear life jackets and check weather before you go. 2) Stay hydrated in the heat — drink water often and rest in shade. 3) Know basic first aid: control bleeding, treat burns, and call for help quickly. 4) Grill safely: keep a fire extinguisher nearby and never leave flames unattended. 5) Use broad‑spectrum sunscreen and reapply after swimming. If an emergency happens, follow AACCareambulance’s contact procedures and use our local emergency resources. We’re here for you — stay safe and enjoy Father’s Day. https://wix.to/LN16Ka9
