🌟 A Magical Start to Our 'Little Gentlefolk' Journey! 🌟
We are thrilled to share the highlights of our very first **Little Gentlefolk Workshop** held on the 17th of May 2026 at Cocobay Funzone! It was a beautiful day filled with learning, laughter, and meaningful connections.
✨ Here’s what our little gentlefolk experienced:
Healthy Bodies: Fun yoga and stretching exercises to improve posture and physical coordination.
Focused Minds: Specially designed mind-concentrating exercises to boost attention span and calm busy minds.
Imagination Unleashed: An enchanting storytelling session that the kids absolutely loved.
Joyful Moments:Fun relaxation dances featuring our special guests: Tiger
and King Julien mascots!
👨👩👧👦 For the Parents
While the kids were playing, we had an incredibly meaningful discussion with parents about the real-world challenges we face today. We discussed why our own health, well-being, and quality time are the greatest gifts we can offer our children.

Based on wonderful feedback from our parents, there is a brilliant suggestion to start a Parents' Wellness Club" at Cocobay to support you further on your parenting journey. Stay tuned for more details!

🌟 'Little Gentlefolk' පළමු පියවර සාර්ථකව අවසන්! 🌟
මැයි 17 වන දින Cocobay Funzone හිදී පැවැත්වුණු අපගේ පළමු Little Gentlefolk' වැඩමුළුව ඉතාමත් සාර්ථක ලෙස අවසන් වූ බව සතුටින් දැනුම් දෙනවා! දරුවන්ගේත් දෙමාපියන්ගේත් සිනහවෙන් සහ උනන්දුවෙන් අපේ පළමු දිනය ආලෝකමත් වුණා.
✨ පළමු දිනයේ දරුවන් ලැබූ සොඳුරු අත්දැකීම්:
නිරෝගී දිවියට: ශරීරයේ නිවැරදි ඉරියව් සහ නම්යශීලී බව වර්ධනය කරන සරල යෝගා සහ ඇදීමේ (Stretching) ව්යායාම.
ඒකාග්රතාවය වෙනුවෙන්: දරුවන්ගේ මතකය සහ අවධානය එක තැනකට ගැනීමට උපකාරී වන "මනස එකඟ කිරීමේ" විශේෂ අභ්යාස.
සොඳුරු පරිකල්පනය: දරුවන් ආසාවෙන් වැලඳගත් අපූරු "කතන්දර වෙලාව" (Storytelling).
සතුටු නර්තන: දරුවන්ගේ ප්රියතම **Tiger** සහ **King Julien** මැස්කොට් (Mascots) චරිත සමඟ එක්වී කරපු විනෝදජනක නැටුම්.
👨👩👧👦 දෙමාපියන් වෙනුවෙන් පැවැත්වුණු සුවිශේෂී සාකච්ඡාව:
දරුවන් ක්රියාකාරකම්වල යෙදෙන අතරතුර, දෙමාපියන් ලෙස අප මුහුණ දෙන සැබෑ අභියෝග පිළිබඳව අපි ඉතා අර්ථවත් සාකච්ඡාවක නිරත වුණා. අපගේ කායික-මානසික සෞඛ්යය සහ අප දරුවන්ට ලබා දෙන ගුණාත්මක කාලය (Quality Time) ඔවුන්ගේ අනාගතයට කොතරම් වැදගත්ද යන්න මෙහිදී දීර්ඝව කතා බහ කෙරුණා.

එහිදී දෙමාපියන්ගෙන් ලැබුණු වටිනා අදහසක් අනුව, දෙමාපියන්ගේ මානසික සහ කායික සුවතාවය වෙනුවෙන්ම Cocobay තුළ Parents' Wellness Club" (දෙමාපිය සුවතා සමාජයක්)** ආරම්භ කිරීමට අප බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවා. ඒ පිළිබඳ විස්තර ඉදිරියේදී...
