At Divine Care Centre for Differently-Abled Children, students proudly participated in a practical skills program sponsored by Prophet Jerome Fernando Ministries Charity Foundation.

The children eagerly prepared a nourishing soup and toast meal, learning each step from washing ingredients, cutting vegetables, safely using the fireplace, preparing the food, and even laying the table beautifully.

It was a meaningful session filled with learning, teamwork, confidence, and joy as the students developed valuable life skills in a supportive environment.

We’re grateful to The Glorious Church Australia 🇦🇺 for partnering with Prophet Jerome Fernando Ministries Charity Foundation, to support nearly 300 students at Gamini M.V. School (Vavuniya, Northern Province) and over 200 students at Dharma Pradeepa School (Anuradhapura, North Central Province), Sri Lanka🇱🇰

A total of LKR 2 million was funded, and these school shoes and socks brought immense comfort, confidence, and hope to the children.

Prophet Jerome Fernando Ministries Charity Foundation continues its unwavering support for Dharma Pradeepa School in Wannipalugollawa, North Central Province, Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka, standing by all students with love and purpose.

In 2026, the Foundation proudly donated school fees for all students for the 3rd consecutive year, lifting a heavy burden off families and ensuring that every child can continue their education without interruption.

Beyond financial support, a security camera system was donated in response to repeated incidents of theft, bringing a sense of safety and protection to the school. This ongoing commitment has strengthened the School Development Committee and brought comfort to many parents from low-income households.

The Glorious Church Australia 🇦🇺 made a generous donation of LKR 1,000,000 worth of shoes and socks.

This remarkable contribution ensured that every child received essential school footwear, empowering them to walk confidently, comfortably, and with dignity. This act of kindness truly stood at the heart of the day’s impact.
