Sri Lanka's Premier School-Led Youth Leadership Forum

Organized by the Leo Club of Ananda College under Leo District 306 D7, this remarkable symposium brought together 550+ students, Leos, educators, and aspiring young leaders for an afternoon dedicated to leadership, innovation, and personal growth.

We were honoured to welcome Mr. Dudley Sirisena, Founder & Chairman of the Araliya Group of Companies, as our Chief Guest. Leo Nisal Dulmith FLM, Multiple District President of Leo Multiple District 306, as our Guest of Honour. An Assistant Superintendent of Police representing the Sri Lanka Police Environmental Protection Division. And Mr. Tharindu Dananjaya Weerasinghe, Senior Lecturer at the University of Kelaniya. Through their inspiring keynote sessions, thought-provoking panel discussion, practical insights, and words of encouragement, our participants experienced leadership beyond theory, learning directly from accomplished professionals and respected leaders.

From the inspiring cultural performances that beautifully enriched the programme to meaningful discussions, engaging interactions, and unforgettable moments shared with distinguished leaders, Leadership Symposium 2026 became more than an event; it became an experience that inspired every participant to dream bigger, think differently, and lead with purpose.

Led by Leo Lion Manuth Ranawaka and an exceptional organizing team, this symposium reflected months of dedication, teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
