The Golden Transition: Menopause as a New Beginning 🌸✨

The Quality Management Unit of DGH Matale successfully hosted a multidisciplinary Symposium on menopause, bringing together hospital and community health staff for a day of shared learning.

stroke (අංශබාගය) සහ වෙනත් ස්නායු ආබාධ සහිත රෝගීන් වෙනුවෙන් විශේෂිත වූ START (Stroke Transition and Rehabilitation Training) වැඩසටහන සහ ස්නායු පුනරුත්ථාපන මධ්‍යස්ථානය (Neuro-Rehabilitation Center) නවතම සේවාවක් ලෙස ආරම්භ කළ බව ඉතා සතුටින් දන්වා සිටිමු.

මාතලේ දිස්ත්‍රික් මහ රෝහලේ "සුපිළිපන් සතිය" සාර්ථකව ආරම්භ වෙයි! 🇱🇰✨"සුපිළිපන් සංස්කෘතියක් - ක්ලීන් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවක්" ජාතික වැඩසටහනට සමගාමීව, මාතලේ දිස්ත්‍රික් මහ රෝහල විසින් සංවිධානය කරනු ලබන "සුපිළිපන් විශේෂ නියමු සතිය" (ජූලි 27 - ජූලි 31) රෝහල් අධ්‍යක්ෂතුමාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් ජූලි 27 දින ඉතා සාර්ථක ලෙස ආරම්භ විය. ආරම්භක අවස්ථාවේදී සුපිළිපන් රාජ්‍ය සේවයක් වෙනුවෙන් ප්‍රථිඥා දීම සිදුවූ අතර, මෙම විශේෂ නියමු සතිය තුළ රෝහල් පරිශ්‍රය සහ සේවාවන් තුළ ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට නියමිත විශේෂ කාර්යයන් හා ඉදිරි සැලසුම් පිළිබඳව රෝහල් අධ්‍යක්ෂතුමන් විසින් පැහැදිලි කිරීමක් සිදු කරන ලදී.

Exciting News for Women’s Healthcare! 🚀

PCOS is more than just a reproductive issue—it affects metabolism, fitness, skin, and overall well-being. To ensure our hospital and community health staff are equipped with the absolute best practices, the Quality Management Unit recently organized a vital multidisciplinary workshop on Polycystic Ovarian Disease.

This program officially marks the launch of our new PCOD Combined Clinic! Patients will no longer need to jump between different departments; our new clinic brings specialized, multi-disciplinary care directly to them.

Enhancing Patient Care: Critical Dengue Monitoring program 🩺✨

With the recent surge in Dengue cases presenting a significant challenge to public health, safeguarding our patients' lives remains our absolute top priority. Timely, precise monitoring is the key to preventing complications and saving lives.

To reinforce these vital clinical skills, Dr. Lalith Abeywardhana (Consultant Physician) conducted a highly insightful lecture focused on "The Importance of Monitoring in Dengue Fever" specifically tailored for our dedicated nursing staff. Nurses are on the front lines of patient observation, and sharpening these monitoring tools ensures the highest standard of safety and care.

A huge thank you to the Public Health Unit, who organized this impactful program in close collaboration with the Quality Management Unit. Together, we continue to elevate healthcare quality and protect our community! 💪🏥

පරිවාස නිලධාරීන් සහ සෞඛ්‍ය ක්ෂේත්‍රය අතර විශේෂ වැඩසටහනක් 🤝✨

ගැටලුවලට මැදිවන දරුවන් සහ පුද්ගලයන් වෙනුවෙන් වඩාත් නිවැරදි හා කාර්යක්ෂම ලෙස නිසි ක්‍රියාමාර්ග ඔස්සේ සහයෝගය දැක්වීම අරමුණු කරගනිමින්, පරිවාස නිලධාරීන්ගේ කාර්යභාරය පිළිබඳ විශේෂ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් පසුගිය ජූලි 14 වනදා සාර්ථකව පවත්වන ලදී.

මෙම අවස්ථාව සඳහා රෝහල් සහ ප්‍රජා සෞඛ්‍ය ක්ෂේත්‍ර දෙකම නියෝජනය කරමින් වෛද්‍යවරුන්, හෙද නිලධාරීන් සහ පවුල් සෞඛ්‍ය සේවා නිලධාරිනියන් (Midwives) විශාල පිරිසක් සහභාගී වූහ. නීතිමය ක්‍රියාවලීන්හිදී සෞඛ්‍ය ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ දායකත්වය සහ පරිවාස නිලධාරීන් සමඟ ඇති අන්‍යෝන්‍ය සබැඳියාව පිළිබඳව මෙහිදී දීර්ඝ ලෙස සාකච්ඡා කෙරිණි.

මෙම වැඩසටහනට සහභාගී වෙමින්, විශේෂ සිදුවීම් සහ කටයුතුවලදී අප කටයුතු කළ යුතු නිවැරදි ක්‍රමවේදයන් සහ වටිනා උපදෙස් රැසක් අප වෙත ලබාදුන් ප්‍රධාන පරිවාස නිලධාරිනී ඉන්ද්‍රා ඒකනායක මහත්මිය වෙත අපගේ හෘදයාංගම ස්තූතිය පිරිනමන්නෙමු.
