ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ප්‍රථම වතාවට විදුලි කාර්මිකයින්ගේ සංගමයක් බිහි කිරීම කාලෝචිත යැයි හැඟෙන්නේ ඔවුන්ව ආරක්ෂා කොට පෝෂණය කිරීමෙහිලා ඇති වගකීම විදුලි කාර්මිකයන් වන අප හට ම පැවරී ඇති නිසාය. එම නිසා ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ විසිරී පැතිරී සිටින සියලුම විදුලි කාර්මික මහතුන් වෙත කෙරෙන කාරුණික ආරාධනය නම් මේ සංගමය හා සම්බන්ධ වී කටයුතු කරන ලෙසයි.
