A new FREE online course on localizing PAPE action-oriented messages is now available through the IFRC Learning Platform. Developed by International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies - IFRC with Global Disaster Preparedness Center (GDPC) and Save the Children International, it provides essential background on PAPE and the WhatNow Services and teaches how to engage in a national level process to localize early action messages.
The course is a contribution to the Global Alliance for Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience in the Education Sector work to strengthen and resilience at scale.
